Toni and guy have been my hairdresser of choice for many years, the Brighton branch was my natural choice when deciding who to visit after moving here from London. Chelsea is an excellent stylist, always warm and welcoming, and willing to listen to ideas and preferences on cuts. She has worked with colourists in salon a number of times to create a cut/colour combo that suits me, and I would trust her opinion with my hair any day.

It’s very very hard to find someone who know how to colour a redhead - find a match and have colour stick. Shelbe has been a star and a blessing ! She continues to do a fantastic job.

i had planned for this occasion to be my last toni & guy haircut, as my daughter who bought me a T&G gift voucher told me she wasnt treated very well when she came in to buy the voucher. She did not spend much, however i was upset to hear this as would expect the service to be courteous and polite no matter how much someone spends at Toni&Guy.

I was given the gift card at xmas and since then toyed with just sending the gift card back with the money on it. . However my daughter saw that it was more important for me to have a haircut!!

Fortunately, today, Zay, come across as genuine and wanting to provide a best service, and this has helped restore hope that my daughter's experience was not typical. And so i will come again and hope Zay will be there to do it....

Just spent a most enjoyable morning of pampering! Shelbe has been my guide as I’ve gone from dark to blonde. She’s amazing, trust her 100% Thank you Shelbe! Had gels done too whilst there, they too look fab! Special mention to Suzanne in reception!.. she’s always so kind and makes you feel so welcome. For me the team there are absolutely fabulous.. thank you all!

I went in with a frizzy mop, not knowing what I wanted. I came out with the best haircut I have ever had and is so easy to manage. Andrew is very skilled and I will be back!!

Overall the service I received wasn’t up to the usual standard I have come to expect having used the salon for over 10 years. Wasn’t offered use of massage chair when having my hair washed. Then I wasn’t offered a drink or given any magazines to read by the junior who washed my hair. Reception staff were friendly as always.

I asked for Hollywood waves for my engagement party and couple's photoshoot. The hairstyle was not given time to set and another customer arrived so I was rushed and made to feel that "this is all we can do" Within 1.5 hours of leaving the salon my hair was completely flat straight (I have curly hair that holds shape extremely well). And I had no time to try and restyle it. I left the salon and straight away went indoors (so no wind or rain is to blame).
I was completely heart broken as my hair looked frizzy in all the photos and honestly I have done a better job curling my hair on the past but wanted the professional input.

I have been going to Toni & Guy Brighton for 15 years plus, & I would never let anyone but Will cut my hair. I always leave with my hair feeling amazing!!

I went to his salon couple of months ago for keratin treatment and cut. While the first time the treatment was amazing, I walked out very unhappy about my cut. I have now just been to the salon and had another cut by Mark and I can tell it was the best hair cut I have ever had!
Also worth mentioning I love true massage chair while they wash your hair... I’ll be coming here again surely and I’ll try to book mark again. Thank you
