Well as usual my hair is brilliant, Will very kindly accommodated my blow dry and I think Sam did one of the best colours I’ve had!
Unfortunately I’m a little disappointed with the manicure. Both thumbs are patchy with a nick in one and two
Fingers have nicks which is rather a shame!
Will always listens to what I want and doesn’t try and get me to have a style that I wouldn’t be able to do myself. He’s really friendly and I’m always really pleased with the result.

I came in to see Sam for a colour correction after a visit to another salon. Sam and the reception team were amazing in helping me achieve what I had originally wanted and were really accommodating in securing me an appointment as soon as possible. The colour is amazing and Sam was brilliant. In future I will not be going anywhere else!!

Has the smoothing ketamine treatment and a hair cut. The treatment was good and results better than expected, the cut was awful, I have now a very asymmetrical cut and it doesn’t look right. The hairdresser was nice and gentle but really should have done a better job! Won’t return to this salon anymore

Love having my hair coloured by Sven, he doesn’t just do the same thing every visit he looks at my hair and adjusts what he does to get the results I want. I always feel great after my hair has been coloured and gets lots of admiring comments which is always great!

The student was very courteous and tried to do his best. He didn’t introduce himself so I’m sorry I don’t know his name. He was running late which I didn’t mind but his overall approach was off hand and stressed which stressed me out a bit. He hardly wet my hair for the wash. I asked if the chair massage was working to try and relax myself, he apologised for “forgetting about it” and put it on half way through the wash. At the beginning He kept running away to go back to the previous customer and later to try and find his hairbrush which he said someone had borrowed and not returned. This feedback is intended to help him as his enthusiasm was faultless. No one checked his work at the end ..he said it wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately for me I left feeling in the need to try and recover from the experience rather than my usual pampered feeling and great haircut when I leave T&G. I wish him every success in the future
