Great advice, welcome service and very happy with results

Chris the hairdresser is always great. I really do wish though that the people washing hair before the cut would refrain from impromptu massages, which I never ask for. This time the neck massage I found myself having left me with a headache that lasted a couple of days. If I wanted a massage I'd go to a trained professional masseuse. That's the reason for the dropped star for service.

Been going to Chelsea every week for 5 years! What can I say, probably one of the most loveliest girls ever and the strongest blow dries I have ever received! They last a full week and she’ll bend over backwards to deliver! Love the salon but the truth to it the only reason I go is for Chelsea! She’s beyond amazing! Service, delivery and genuine! Hair is always on point and I am always happy!

Everyone in the salon was extremely helpful. The stylist was running behind (it’s xmas and the busiest time of year) but I was well looked after with a huge glass of prosecco and a mince pie.

The cut is exactly what I’m after and Chelsea took time to talk through every detail before the chop. Definitely recommend.

It was the worst experience ever. The shampoo was good but she didn't "dry" my hair. Water was licking on my body. The cut was the worst I ever had. It is really ugly and he just didn't care.
He didn't really dry my hair. We are in December and I went out with wet hair... 60 pounds for actually nothing. I'll never come back.

I was greeted at the door - shown to my chair the stylist and technician gave me lots of valuable time discussing ways I wanted my hair to look. I was given lots of tea and coffee throughout my stay. And the best thing was I looked a million dollars when I left! ( well I thought I did which is the main thing) thank you everybody for making me feel so special!

As always a lovely relaxed and friendly experience. Chelsea did exactly as we had agreed.
The junior who washed my hair did this really well and asked if I would like a head massage during the conditioner (the first time I have been asked, normally they just go ahead with it) which I appreciated.

Fab! Love love love my new hair! It was looking very tired and Chelsea brought it back to life. She was so lovely too and I felt like I was in brilliant hands from the beginning. Thank you so much!
