Very pleased

Big leap of faith to switch from my other hairdressers but Olivia and trainee did not let me down. Great attention to detail from start to finish and loved the blanket while I had my hair washed and gloss applied.

Another great visit to Hair Gallery - Nicky made a few small changes to my usual foils and I love the result, thank you. Also, fabulous scalp massage from Alex whilst having hair mask treatment - loved it, thank you.

Olivia coloured my roots and helped to blend in the previous colour beautifully and then as I had booked at the last minute had my hair cut by Nina - my husband loved it ?

I had a wonderful Dermalogica facial with Anastacia yesterday.
My complexion has definitely improved. She was very gentle and professional in making sure she was using the exact products for my skin.
The salon was very clean which is important to me.

I had Nina cut my hair for the 1st time. She listened to what I wanted and the I was very happy with the results. Nina was friendly, efficient and fun, I am booked in for another visit.

Steph is very professional and friendly and makes you feel very welcome and relaxed, couldn’t ask for anymore!

Best facial ever!

As you are aware I had a painful and unpleasant experience. Before I saw ********* you said she was very experienced. Afterwards when I mentioned how she had done the treatment you said she was learning. My skin is still inflamed nearly 24 hours later.
I don't know how in all conscience you could charge paying customers for a trainee.
I am upset by the experience and have lost confidence in the integrity of the salon.

Just returned from the salon after having my 12 week balayage maintenance appointment and I’m so pleased with the results. Olivia has done an amazing job and is just so lovely. I cannot recommend her and the salon enough ?

As usual I had another enjoyable experience during my hair cut Everyone is so nice and friendly and I feel great and my hair looks fab

Loved it. Made to feel relaxed, was able to get on with some work, have my lunch break whilst getting my hair done, plus great head massage!

All very good, but there is a stain near the hairline which has not completely gone, tried the colour remover. Assured exfoliating facial will get rid of it, so hopefully it will.

I've been coming to Hair Gallery for about 20 years now and have had several different stylists over that time, some of them I met for the first time when they were on washing duty and have seen them mature into the seniors they are now
This was my 3rd session with Olivia, after my previous stylist moved away, and she has been helping me to find a new style to suit my new life as a retired person, and a new grandma.
She's been very good at listening and understanding what I am trying to say, and making helpful suggestions.
I am very pleased with what she has done and all my friends and family are very complimentary about my look.

Nicky was her usual calm helpful self, suggesting ways to improve my hairstyle. The Hair Gallery is always an experience to look forward to and I left feeling very happy with the outcome. It is a salon i can thoroughly recommend.
