I was let down by my regular colourist .. 3 rd time cancelled at short notice . Enough. I have 3 days to get this done before I am on holiday . Hair Gallery fitted me in . Got an immediate consultation and skin test . My hairdresser is young and newly qualified but my goodness she is thorough and really went the extra mile to make sure she was doing what I wanted . I had a lot of blonde highlights on mousy brown /grey hair that had bleached to a very brassy colour on a couple of sunny holidays.. she was amazing and careful .. 3 1/2 hours to get the colour just right .. ran out of time for a cut but booked back in tomorrow for that . Really impressed with her care and professional approach.

Anastacia has a magic touch of enabling deep relaxation while she gives a wonderful facial. Another lovely treatment, thank you.

Went back to Amy today for a cut and half head of foils.

I had a wonderful experience having a full body massage. I was a little nervous to begin with as I'm not used to having beauty treatments. Steph put me completely at ease straight away and tailored the massage to my needs. It was extremely relaxing and felt lots of stress and tension melt away from my muscles. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a lovely experience with a very professional massage therapist.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my appointment today with Lauren. What really impressed me was the attention to detail when remembering what we'd previously talked about regarding my hair and advice as to how to improve future visits. The colour of my hair has turned out better than ever and I feel that Lauren really listens. I felt very relaxed and also felt that Lauren had lots of time for me. Thank you!

I had my usual 6 weekly hair appointment , I have had my hair extensions in now for 12 weeks and I am still really pleased with them, I decided to have my hair shorter and some pink colour put in, I was really pleased with the results and will be going again in 6 weeks .

Booked for a restyle shoulder length hair to short As advised I took in a picture of desired hairstyle. Louise listened and explained how the style would work with my hair. Everyone was very friendly. Amazing results one very happy customer thank you ! Already booked a return visit 😊

I've been going to Amy for several years, and she's just wonderful. Brilliant with creative colour hair, which isn't always easy to find, and great at managing tough requests! She does beautiful work and is always willing to work with me to make my hair dreams a reality. On top of that, she is so kind, compassionate, and easy to talk and relax with so that it's always a warm catch up with a friend, rather than a socially anxious exchange. I'm not great in social settings but Amy puts me so at ease that I look forward to our appointments, rather than dread them, and she doesn't mind at all if I prefer to sit quietly and read, or whatever I need to feel comfy. I've moved hundreds of miles away but make a point to book in whenever I'm back in the area, she's that good! My hair has never been happier or healthier, and it's finally been able to grow out to the length I want under her care, even with my manic colour changes. Love her, and love the hair gallery as a whole :)
