I got a full leg and a Hollywood today at Bliss. The lady doing the waxing was so lovely and didn’t bat an eyelid. It was only my second time having the Hollywood, and I have quite thick hair, but the results are great and they were very professional. The thing I would critique would be the speed - I’ve had the same service done in 40 minutes but at Bliss it took over an hour I think… but the value for money was good.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. My skin felt wonderfully soft and amazingly my wrinkles were nothing like as obvious. Paige couldn't have been nicer and more caring.

Actually I was quite disappointed. I am very used to having Indian Head Massages and had a lovely one at Bliss last year. Although this massage was nice and relaxing, I did not find her particularly friendly and my appointment time was far shorter than advertised. My email appointment confirmation stated my appointment would last from 5.15 to 6pm. However, I was back sitting in my car outside the salon at 5.45pm, therefore the whole duration of my paid time was not used. Disappointing and I would not choose a treatment with the same person again. Shame as everyone else at Bliss is very friendly and welcoming.

I booked this for my partner as a Christmas present. The booking time said from 11.30-12.45 so we assumed this included early arrival time. We arrived at 11.40 and by 12.30 my partner called to say the massage was over.
I appreciate that there was confusion over the start time as new customer but I felt that this wasn't really value for money.

Friendly salon, I had my usual gel manicure ,chose a colour I hadn’t had before, with so many colours to choose from its hard to decide, very pleased with my choice.
