Ministry of Hair

I've been a regular at MOH since 2010 and would not go anywhere else, now! I find the salon is usually busy which creates a good, lively atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and are greeted at reception. I have never been to another salon that has chairs at the hair washing station, where you can have your feet raised up and back massaged! This is fun and adds further to the enjoyable, little bit of 'me time'-experience you get at MOH.

The usual friendly and professional customer care during my last visit to Ministry of Hair. Your staff always welcome me, someone always offers to take my coat, someone always offers me a drink and Christie always spends time discussing hair colour/style before starting. Your salon is modern and light and staff are friendly & there's a good atmosphere and buzz. All that and great haircutters/stylists. Thank you!

I have been seeing Debbie for about 10 years now although I have not been for 3 years due to personal circumstances. My hair always looks lovely after Debbie has cut it. I would highly recommend.

I like my new hair cut and the colour seems good. Everyone was friendly and the experience I had I would recommend. THe only problem was that I bought 2 products on specialy offer - a hairspray and pillow talk. Unfortunatly, I think they were on special offer as the pillow talk really smells awful and not like the redken product I was hoping for.

I've been a client of Ministry of Hair for many years now and have never been disappointed.
Lisa P is my totally brilliant stylist. I love how she cuts my difficult hair. If I'm not entirely sure how I want it cut I know I can trust her to produce a lovely look.
The service from the salon itself is friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble

Always a friendly service. Lovely hair wash with great head massage. Cut to my request. Looked after well with unlimited tea/coffee etc. Appointment reminder email service - very useful.

I've been a client of Ministry of Hair for quite a few years now. I get my hair cut by the lovely Andrea and she never fails me. There's a nice buzzy atmosphere to the salon and it's a pleasure to be pampered there.

Toby always knows just what to do to address any of my colour and cut concerns and I have complete confidence in him. Always a pleasure going and leave feeling very happy and my hair rejuvenated.

This week was my second visit to Ministry of Hair . I am a client of Alex who is charming and understands my very fine hair . I am extremely pleased with my haircut ,the service is terrific and everyone is charming and polite.
I do hope this is the beginning of long and happy visits to this salon.

I have only recently started going to Ministry of Hair and am being well looked after by Andrea. She goes the extra mile to make sure my hair is as I like it and I have to say I am a bit fussy about how my hair should look. She is very experienced and I come out feeling very happy with both the colour and cut she gives me. Also all the staff are warm and friendly, giving the whole hair experience a good feel for me.
I can thoroughly recommend this Salon.

Debbie worked her magic as usual and I left feeling a million dollars after a colour treatment.

Every visit is extremely enjoyable - if I could give 10/5 for the atmosphere I would. A lovely bunch of people who make you feel welcome every time.

I've been going for about 6 month's always had a good cut and colour very pleasant staff but never been offered a loyalty card i didn't know about it in till i got this email

I first visited ministry of hair two years ago as a previous hairdresser elsewhere had ruined my hair with too many highlights. I saw Christie for a consultation and she was honest and kind and inspired me with faith that she knew what she was doing. Two years on I am still there and she has helped to make my hair stronger and shinier. It's a slow process to grow it back but together we are getting there. The customer service and knowledge of the staff here is second to none.

My first visit to Ministry of Hair. Megan was delightful, attentive and I am very pleased with the cut.

I started going to Ministry of Hair last summer as I was recommended by a friend. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, I certainly didn't feel like it was my first time there! I love my hair. Andrea has turned me from a very deep redhead to a bouncing blonde! She took so much care making sure my hair wasn't damaged in the process and I have never felt happier! Recently I've also seen Christie who is also fantastic at what she does. I would highly recommend you go to Ministry of Hair, I wouldn't go anywhere else now :)

Have recently had Alex as my new stylist as my my usual stylist is currently away- was anxious at first but have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased with my hair cut and colouring so far!! Have found he does listen and take a genuine interest in what I want and the concerns about my hair - especially as I am older than I was and not always sure about what suits me!! Always friendly service from him and all the staff !

I have been using Alex for several years now. He is the only stylist that has ever managed to tame my rogue sticky-up bits on the left side of my hair. I would never use any one else.
The salon is always friendly and welcoming even when busy they find time to chat and make a coffee.Ian

Ales has been styling and cutting my hair for over ten years now and Andrea looks after my wife and now my daughters hair.
We both love the service we receive from the lovely team.

At last I've got the colour I've been trying to achieve, thanks to Megan. I'm so happy with the results,I will definitely go back when my roots come through.

I could not get an appointment for colour and cut by the same stylist on the day I needed it so I agreed to have the colour done by Megan and have my hair cut by Clive . The combination of the two worked brilliantly . I am very fussy about my hair but I came our really pleased With both the colour and the cut . Thank you to both of them!

Another fab cut with Becky yesterday, styling was so much easier and quicker this morning. Highly recommend Becky for cutting and colour

Excellent salon

Alex has been cutting and highlighting my hair for 10 years an d my hair has never looked so good or been in such good condition. I always look forward to coming to the salon to relax and know I will be so well looked after. All the staff are lovely and the whole place has a great buzzy vibe!

Coming for my regular appointment at Ministry of Hair is always a very relaxing and enjoyable experience! The staff are all welcoming, friendly and professional. I always feel relaxed enough to chat away or sit in companiable silence whilst being totally pampered! I readily recommend this hairdressers to friends and family. Well done everyone at Ministry!

I've been using Ministry of hair for years and have NEVER been disappointed.
I have always seen Lisa and so always have amazing cuts and colours. But every single member of the team are always friendly, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else in Eastbourne as it is the best by far.

I have been a client of Clive for a few years now and I would never consider going anywhere else He cuts my hair with such precision , I always get asked where I go for my hair cut. And comment on the style I have total confidence in Clive and say he is the best cutter in the business Even had another stylist at the salon say to me it was her favorite hair style and that speaks volumes to me. So please do not let Mr Clive leave if he goes I go too and follow him He is great

I enjoyed my experience. The cut is excellent, the stylist experienced and skillful. The staff, no matter their role are friendly and attentive and I believe I get good value for money.

Alex knows my head and hair and gave me the cut I needed. I love it. Today I got the extra treat of him washing and massaging my hair and scalp, mmmmhhhh!

It was my 2nd.visit to ministry of hair both times with Clive, he was just the same both times, listens to what i want then gives a great cut, He really knows how to cut hair and for me, thats what it's all about, I'll be back.
