This salon is honestly amazing every time!! The girls are amazing at what they do, from the greeting from the lovely Receptionist to the girls constantly offering drinks, making such an effort and being so attentive. Getting my hair done here is something I always look forward to!! Kate and Ella’s service they provide is honestly an 11/10. They are the loveliest ladies and they are hair queens!! From my first appointment with Kate, she had given me the hair colour I wanted and love and I always get so many comments on how glossy my hair looks and with Ella’s amazing cutting and styling, I leave feeling my absolute best. They give you the full salon experience and I love chatting with them whilst they do my hair, they’re the most down to earth ladies. Love this place and love the girls there!!

Upbeat happy atmosphere. Friendly staff who want to cater for all your needs and requirements. Been to the same stylist for years and always come away happy.

What’s not to enjoy Kate.. great colour.. Ella .. great cut... Easter eggs & Prosecco absolutely delighted.. got a thumbs up from another customer on way out 5 stars all the way.

It's always such a pleasure visiting the Eastbourne branch of Toni & Guy. The whole team are so welcoming and friendly.
Both Kate and Stacey are amazing, they both listen to what you want and any concerns you have, they put you at ease and I feel on top of the world every time I leave the salon.

I tend not to go to hairdressers as I don't often come out happy with the result. This was my first time at T&G. Told Harriet what I wanted, shared my concerns about the awful condition of my barnet (and I mean awful), and she worked her magic. Not only did she listen to what I asked for so that what I ended up with was what I wanted (maybe my hairdresser experiences have been particularly lousy as that doesn't generally happen) , but she also made my hair feel great, and I had so many compliments it was nuts. Not something I'm used to. Great place, great people, worth every penny. Thanks Harriet.

Lovely friendly staff, I felt completely relax from the moment I entered Salon. Harriet knee exactly how I wanted my hair styled. I was so very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend

Kate is an absolutely amazing colourist and a beautiful person, she's been colouring my hair for over 10 years now and is the best I've ever had. Kate really listens to you, even though sometimes I'm not sure what I want or am asking for, she decifers what I want! Thank you so much Kate! Jo x

Fantastic service from Leanne, very pleased with my cut and blow dry, it’s not often I don’t restyle when I get home, but she did a brilliant job!

Great treatment, good hair wash and head massage plus help with creating a new style. Downside was since last visit 6 weeks ago the heater at the back of the salon by the basins has not been fixed which makes it a pretty chilly experience at the hair wash stage when it should be the start of your relaxing salon experience. Time to fix it!
