Leanne is brilliant at cutting and styling my hair. She does the fringe perfectly too. Always consults about what I want and makes suggestions doesn’t chat too much and concentrates on the job

I loved the finished result, hair colour and cut was perfect and staff were lovely, apart from the young lady who washed my hair. She was not very polite and was very slap dash with the wash. I know it’s impossibel not to add pressure or spill water every so often but I really did feel as though it was done purposely and for no apparent reason. I wish I had taken her name but I didn’t think to at the time. The rest of the staff however were lovely and the staff members who actually highlighted and cut my hair were wonderful.

A friend introduced me a few years ago to this salon. I now Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my highlights. Always so happy with the end result. Always friendly staff and brilliant service. Always feel so relaxed whilst having my hair done. Thank you so much!

On Friday Kate coloured my hair from dark to ash blonde and Harriet game me a fantastic pixie cut....having been dark all my life I was very apprehensive about my decision but both Harriet and Kate reassured me that it would suit me. I was made to feel completely at ease and was even treated to a prosecco. The cut and colour has gone way above my expectations - I love it! A bold move for me and I’d like to thank Harriet and Kate for their reassurance and expertise in cutting and colouring ????

As usual Stacey has done a great cut but i knew how good when leaving the salon a lady came up the side of me and said have you just had your hair cut? I said yes she said it looks lovely especially the layers at the back you have similar hair to me that looks good!

Always enjoy seeing Kate, as she’s the only person that seems to colour my hair prefect, very natural.

I absolutely love going into Toni and Guy, Eastbourne, not only because they do my hair so amazingly, but because I love the whole experience - there’s such a lovely atmosphere and I actually look forward to going in there!

Holly as usual tinted my hair beautifully.

Holly was so lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. I had never had my hair done in a salon before and she made the experience very relaxing and I absolutely love my hair!!!!

I knew what I wanted and the stylist got it straight away! Love my new hair! So different from my usual style and prefer it!

I had an appointment today for colour cut and blow dry and very pleased with my hair but the whole experience was ruined as it was so hot! The girl that washed my hair finished with a cold rinse which helped cool me down but why oh why do you not have air con? It is a salon with blow dryers on all the time and on a hot summers day it is unbearable !

Always friendly and professional. The only place I come away truly happy with the finish.

Brilliant team and service

Had my usual haircut with Harriet yesterday and have to just say how delighted I am each and every time. She knows my hair, understands it’s quirks and cuts it brilliantly each time. I’d not trust anyone else with my tresses and would (and have) recommended her to anyone else looking for a brilliant stylist. You get what you pay for.

I visited Tony and Guy, for the first time, a week ago and was looked after by the very lovely stylist Dawn.
From the moment I entered the salon, I was made to feel welcome and the hair cut I received from Dawn was fantastic! As well as being very professional she was lovely to chat to and I enjoyed the whole experience.
I will definitely return and recommend the salon to my friends xx

I was very disappointed with the service compared to other Toni and Guy salons I have frequented. The colourist had to colour my hair twice as it failed the first time. I had to ask to see the hair swatches instead of being offered an opportunity to consider different colours available. My hair stylist did not seem experienced and blow dried my hair instead of styling it. The second stylist was better. I am disappointed with the texture of my hair, it’s dry and not fully happy with the colour. I will not be going there again
