The colour that they put onto my hair is lovely and very happy with the colour cover up of the blond, however I am very disappointed by the after treatment of the colour. I was handed over to a junior to wash and dry my hair, the young lady was very polite and friendly but had no idea how to blow dry and straighten my hair. She took 50 minutes (I have a short hair which normally at the hair dressers takes 30 minutes) to blow dry and straighten my hair, unfortunately when she has finished my hair was extremely frizzy fans static from the amount of times she combed through my hair and had lots of kinks left in. When I went to the till they charged me 43 pounds where I felt it appropriate to explain that fro the service was not worth that amount. The lady behind the counter explained if I wanted my hair blow dried properly I needed to pay more money?! I am a regular of Toni and guy and have always felt that your service is great and that you should take pride in how a customer leave so to be told that I needed to pay more than 43 pound for a cut and a decent blow dry upset me. I had to go home and re do my hair which now I am pleased with but it shouldn’t need me to sort out a hairdressers mistake. I hope this junior has some more training as I would hate to think there are more people feeling the way I did when leaving he salon today which was very disappointing.

Really pleased with my hair cut by Michelle. I’ve had a complete restyle and I’m so pleased with it. The cut is really good & the consolation was not rushed, made to feel welcome by all members of staff.

As usual the friendly welcome was lovely. This time I had my colour done by Kate and it looks awesome. Harriet finished off the look with her customary fantastic cut and so now feel 10 years younger again to last until my next visit!!

Even though I was 15 mins late (for which I apologise-had wrong time written in diary) I was still welcomed and treated well. The whole experience was much nicer than I expected. Thank you Michelle. Will see you again in a few weeks.

I’ve been a regular at this salon since I had a disasterous colour somewhere else and needed emergency help. The team are lovely and upbeat and very reliable. Kate is a superb colourist if you want the best for yourself.

Had a cut and blow dry today with Stacey and my hair looks fab I’m very pleased .

I love having my hair cut and coloured! Been coming here for 20 years and never been anything but great. Since Stacey took over it's gone from strength to strength. Everything is brilliant and the team are really client centred. Kate the colour technician is out of this world and they really take the time and effort to get to know you so you end up friends. Stacey cuts my hair and always does a top notch job. Very well worth the money. I get to many compliments about my hair - people even come up and touch it! That's all down to them. I just wish I needed to go every week! ???? Don't ever change gorgeous people! xx

For 4 years now I have gone to this salon. They are all very professional and run efficiently. Stacey is my hairdresser and she is the most talented hairdresser I have met. She understands my hair and always brings out the best of it in the cut which looks great straight away and lasts for several months. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
