Ellie stylists yet again did a really nice new hair style for me for the summer and holly did lovely highlights and colour thank you both all ways leave feeling good thank you both

Kate always does an amazing job, I completely trust her advice and skill, I'd never go anywhere else!

As usual, my afternoon getting pampered and refreshed was just right, thanks to Michele and kate. I left salon feeling fabulous.

I presented a picture of the 1/2head highlight look I wanted to achieve and was no problem to kate. The desired look was achieved and my hair does not feel damaged at all.
Harriet then cut a concave bob in 15mins, I thought she can’t be finished when she showed me the back that was perfection. What a lovely experience, I felt extremely welcome and throughly happy with my hair.

Saw Ella bright and early on Saturday morning. So pleased with my new and much needed style. Ella is very talented and so lovely. Great experience as always. Thank you! X

I had half head highlights today by Sophie. I have to say she was so confident and explained every step of what she was going to do. She was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to how i would like my highlights to look. She was very thorough. I look forward to my next appointment with her. Normally always obtain a good haircut, but last time far too short despite clear instructions. Disappointed for a £40 men’s cut.

Quiet as it was snowy but they did everything to accommodate us

Having chosen Harriet as the right person to cut my curly hair from her bio...I am pleased to say I made the right decision. She immediately understood what I was asking for and did a great cut. I was at ease and they were all friendly at the salon.

Can't fault the staff or the service. Also, lovely atmosphere.
I love what the girls do but, through no fault of their own, I always have to re-dry my hair when I get home as it goes haywire as soon as I leave the salon!

It's taken me years to learn how to deal with my unruly hair & so much money finding the right products to use. I have enquired about not having it dried but apparently that's not an option.

That would be my only slight niggle as in the past I've not paid for it to be dried & not wasted anyone's time.

Really love the colour & cut though, thank you.

Had my hair coloured by Kate last week which was excellent as always. I decided to have a change of style too. Went from long hair to a short graduated bob - cut by Ella who did a great job, really nice cut and have received lots of lovely comments about my hair this past week.

Love the colour but I left with my hair slightly wet - it’s freezing outside so that wasn’t great! When I got home I realised I still had either dye or shampoo that hadnt been washed out properly. My hair was sticky and matted so I had to re-wash it as soon as I got home.

Arrived on time, left for 20 minutes without a word or a drink.
Hairdresser didn’t give me what I asked for. Very disappointed

Great cut from Michelle as usual. She always takes a lot of care in what she does. Great friendly service from everyone else.

My hair feels so soft & in such good condition.Was dry & frizzy when I came & after treatments & cuts it’s how it should be now

My daughter and I had our hair cut today. Stacey has amazing understanding of my hair, it's texture and it's bad habits and always cuts it in a way that means I can recreate her talent at home (with a little more effort on my part). Harriet was looking after my daughter who was anxious about the cut. Harriet handled her with care and attention and left my daughter happy and feeling good about herself. Both women made us feel welcome and we all chatted together, I love how they are able to be inclusive and always fun whilst maintaining great professional demeanour. Thank you

Lively bright colour for the winter and super cut

I unexpectedly had a day off work and popped in to make an appointment.
I had allowed my hair to grow long to try to remove all the old yellow highlights I had accumulated.
When I went in Leanne had a cancellation. WHAT LUCK. She restyled my hair so now it’s short and perfect.
Leanne was great, confident and careful and I really felt that she listened and advised well.
I’m very happy indeed.

The staff were all efficient and friendly, Leanne my stylist was very patient and understanding, as I wanted a re-style without a clue. I’m chuffed to bits with the results.

Lovely salon but please accept American Express as a form of payment like other T&G salons do.

Great haircut

I had a lovely experience at Toni and Guy’s, a gift from my children at Christmas, to look forward to, and was full of hope for a transformation yesterday. BUT, I have to say that very few hairdressers have any idea what it’s like to have such fine lifeless hair as mine, and nobody listens. For all the training, Toni and Guy, when your customer comes in with hair like mine, they need a lot of time spent, not less, than your thick haired customers!
In my opinion, and it is only mine, it needed more attention because it’s so fine that it shows when layers aren’t even because the hair won’t stay where you put it as in thick beautiful hair. On waking today my hair needed wetting and styling again, and I notice that the layers are not evenly distributed both sides of my hair. I have a clump on the left side and subsequently it feels longer too. So, I would say that fine hair needs to be crupulously checked and double checked because the flaws cannot be hidden. I looked good having just been blow dried as I left my seat, but had to ask for more spray! It didn’t make any difference the little waft I got, I needed extra HOLD. You would never have known I had just left a well reknowned salon if you’d met me 10 seconds down the street.
I have absolutely no criticism of my style director, who was lovely and very attentive and reassuring.
But I certainly wouldn’t pay £53 again. Hey ho, I guess this is my unfortunate lot in life to have hair no one can really do much with.
