I can’t fault my stylist, the cut or the lovely girl who washed my hair but I found the staff at the front desk were unfriendly to the point of being rude. one girl didn’t even speak to me when she put my gown on. After I had had my cut another girl brought my coat out dragging my scarf through hair along the floor and didn’t even look at me. Not the usual experience and pretty disappointed.

The refit to the salon is impressive. All credit to Stacey for managing a highly complex project so successfully and to such a high standard.

The service seemed a bit distracted though. I was put in a seat but not offered either drink or magazine whilst I waited. And given I was there for 2 hours was not offered a refill (as I usually am). Hope this was just a blip!

Otherwise, as always, I was very satisfied.

It was my first appointment with Ella, as Lauren, is on maternity leave. i didn't have to worry, as Ella was brilliant, listened, reflected, used her experience, and went to work to build on me wanting to keep the length, but more shape. So innovative. Thank you Ella.
All the staff were fab, lovely head massage. It's always a fab experience.

Asked for a half head of highlights, got a ‘tint’ that’s the same colour as my natural tone and days afterwards my hair feels damaged and dry when it hadn’t before. Was told I didn’t need highlights as my natural tone was fair enough. I’ve been having my hair highlighted 20 years, for long enough to know exactly what I want without a technician going against my express wishes and charging over £100 for the privilege. Used to be a great salon, really gone down hill.

I've been going to Toni & Guy Eastbourne for the past 15 years and now travel an hour to make sure I can carry on getting my hair cut there... The staff are unbelievably friendly and the store is always clean and welcoming.

The store itself has recently been refurbished making it look modern and bright - I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

My first experience at TONI & GUY Eastbourne, but honestly can say absolutely please with my hair, I had Kate who did the colour and Elle that did the cut. Both girls were lovely and made me feel like I’d be coming there for years , from start to finish both Kate and Elle were very professional, and for once in my life time they both did exactly what I had asked for .. Thrilled to say the least thank you girls I will be booking up again soon x??

Kate has been doing my hair for over 4 years now and not once have I walked away not being 100% happy! She is what makes me a returning customer x

Friendly professional staff.

I can't recommend this salon highly enough, the atmosphere is always really warm and welcoming, and Kate who does my colour is amazing. I'm super particular about my hair and from my very first appointment about 5 years ago Kate totally put me at ease (she's as particular as me, in a good way) and I feel totally safe in her hands. Every single time she does a fantastic job, she always listens carefully (which I value hugely in a hairdresser) and I think you'd be hard pressed to find a colorist better than her in the whole of the South East.

I was truly impressed with the new layout and decor in the shop. Very smart. As usual all the staff were very happy a nd courteous to me. It all made for a pleasant interlude of the busy afternoon. I like going in there.

I always have my hair done in Tony &a Guy. Naomi is my colour expert and Stacy does my hair cut. I won't won't change them ever. A good hairdresser is hard to find. Great Ines have to be kept!!!!!

Kate was fantastic. I've had a few bad hair dying experiences in the past and she really put me at ease. The consultation was clear and she listened to exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the whole experience and am so happy with my hair.

This is the first time I've been to T&G and honestly I could not have asked for more. Kate coloured my hair, she was very knowledgeable and personable and gave the confidence she was the lady for the job. She helped me use the right colour and explained about each one as we looked. Very friendly and certainly a people person. She advised me how best to maintain my new colour. Daisy blow dryed my hair and she understood exactly what I didn't want. She was very friendly and again I felt at ease with her. Daisy is currently an apprentice but I have no doubt will become an excellent hair dresser. Although busy and actually I think short on staff due to illness the salon never seem chaotic and you were not made to feel anyone was in a rush. It was a very relaxed environment. Everyone I saw seemed happy and polite. I will definitely use T&G again and will recommend Kate without hesitation! Thank you Kate for such a good job with my hair, you're a credit to T&G!
