I had a different stylist today, who was equally knowledgeable and friendly! A great experience as usual.

Very nice girls. Did exactly what I had asked. Very good stylist + colourist. However, the sinks are v uncomfortable on the neck,. Needs improvement

I love the salon! At first I felt as though I shouldn't step foot in such a trendy salon. But the beautiful ladies always treat this ugly old lady with kindness and friendliness! I couldn't feel more welcome!

Only thing I don't get is the policy on blow drying. Having a haircut gets a proper blow dry but if having just a colour, there's no blow dry, just a 'wafting'. So last week I spent a small fortune and came out with beautiful coloured hair, BUT - all that time and money and I can't go anywhere cos actually my hair looks rubbish! Come on hairdressing community - play fair and dry my hair!!

I have had my hair cut at Toni and Guy for many years but today was my first colour and cut since loosing my hair with chemotherapy. I was emotional and lacking confidence but Stacey and Kate were amazing. Stacey guided me through the process of growing my hair again. She explained how she would help and how to look after my newly acquired short hairstyle, giving me confidence when I most needed it. Kate too was wonderful. She was able to discuss colour options and the impact they would have. Both Stacey and Kate have been instrumental in raising my self esteem today and helping me to take the next step in my recovery. Thank you. It has meant more than you can know. X

Originally booked but lady was off sick. Fitted me in around the same time with someone else. She was great she listened to what I wanted as I was after something different. Asked me questions during cutting to check and was generally really nice

Service was fantastic- I was offered a selection of drinks on arrival and magazines- I went for a cheeky prosecco. Lovely hair colour and a free blow dry thrown in. Super stuff!!

Had my hair blow dried for my sister's wedding (by Harriet) and my son's partner had hers curled and pinned up (by Ella). We were so pleased with the result. Lovely salon.

I had a pretty shocking initial hair cut with Toni and Guy. I called and explained I wasn't happy. Stacey called me and I arranged to go in and see her. She corrected my hair and did a brilliant job. I booked in again 6weeks later with Stacey and she did another great job and gave me a little discount.
My hair is great. I don't really have to blow dry it. It just falls into place. It's perfect. I'm thinking about a colour change now and Stacey gave me some great advice

As always never disappointed by Harriet! I was so glad to know she is happy to tell me the honest truth about a cut i might want. I wanted thick long locks, the cut I thought was what i wanted, Harriet explained wouldn't meet what i wanted over all. She explained why and what she would suggest.. and im not regretting it! My hair is still thick, long and shaped to suit me! Happy as always! Bonus, that she is always a right laugh cause there is nothing worse than an awkward hair dresser. Ill definitely be returning!

Harriet cut my hair from a bob to short crop last Friday and I absolutely love it! I was new to the salon but made to feel welcome. I showed Harriet a picture and she set straight on to it with confidence. I've had short hair in the past but this is the best short cut I've ever had - thank you SO much Harriet!

It was sad because the fabulous Lauren is taking a career break until mid 2018.
It was a great experience from the moment I was greeted by reception. A lovely head massage, then Lauren worked her magic. A salon to be highly recommended.

I had my hair cut by michelle and I was over the moon with the haircut she done for me plus she was very chatty and funny as well as being extremely professional all in all a great experience and all staff very friendly as usual.

I was pleased with my highlights, but thought as I had paid for a senior stylist she would also dry my hair. I always get my hair washed and dried by a trainee. I said I didn't like mouse being used as it makes my hair really sticky, but she still used it. She burnt my head with the hairdryer and my hair looked flat afterwards, so I wasn't happy with the final blow dried look. I feel like the whole experience should be good, not just the middle bit!

Every time I visit all the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. My stylist Harriet Fuller and colourist Kate are both excellent hairdressers together with being lovely ladies too

Another great experience today with the friendly reception team and the amazing stylist Harriet - my hair is now beautified ready for my holiday tomorrow and I picked up some perfect travel size products to take away too!

Harriet is an artiste as well as a hairdresser.

I'm very happy with my haircut. I've been to a number of places over the years but nothing beats a professional hairdressers and although it's a bit pricey for me it's money well spent.

Great experience, Harriet was really friendly and attentive, and I felt totally at ease. Also she cut my hair really well. Excellent!

Really amazing, had dry and brittle hair before- very good at talking through all the options I had to make my hair a lot healthier. Discussed which cut would look best on my face and very pleased with the outcome. Lovely hot chocolate too!

Harriet is always so personable, authentic and funny; I genuinely look forward to getting my hair cut by her, and am always impressed with the result.

Colouring is excellent. However asked junior for a head massage at sink and didn't get one. Put conditioner on and rinsed straight off. Not relaxing at all given how much paid.

Loyal customer for many years but disappointed with recent cut and colour. Sloppy service. Stylist failed to even offer to remove great dollop of dye stain from side of my face or on ears. No brushing to remove stray hairs from skin and clothes. Rubbish salon messy looking, receptionists non stop talking and giggling. So unprofessional
Never will book there again.

I normally go on a Saturday but the service today was as good as I receive on the weekend.

The only thing I noticed that was different is the replacement of paper (rather than hand) towels in the loo. I am sure this is a cost and envuronmentally conscious decision but I confess I didn't like it.

Wonderful job from Kate, as always. She is extremely efficient and has a lovely personality. Thank you for all you have done.
