Great cut, blow dry and colour. Stylist and colourist friendly and attentive.
However the girl who washed my hair was abrupt and unfriendly.
On previous visits I have been offered regular drinks and a choice of magazines, this time I was handed 2 magazines and a drink on arrival then ignored for the several hours I was there, despite staff walking past all the time. It would be great to have some magazines that aren't celebrity gossip, and to be offered drinks (even a glass of water) as it's a bit awkward to ask when everyone looks busy.

Dawn spent time discussing the style that would suit my hair and me and my lifestyle. NOT a style from a picture. Then gave me the product and (very simple) instructions how to do it myself. I feel like a new woman! Now I am in my 60's my hair is thin, fine and white. Dawn has given me a style that is a bit funky (not too much) easy to maintain and not "old lady" thank you Dawn!

I had a wonderful experience, I love coming to the salon. I always leave my appointment s to the last minute and so I have lots of different stylists doing my hair, everyone is so professional and I always leave happy, in fact yesterday I had had some not good news but by the time I left I was feeling great.

As always great colour and cut from Stacey, love this place been going for quite a few years, staff always friendly.

Harriet was good as usual and very upbeat but today my hair was finished by someone else who I don't think put a toner on my hair when she washed it out since it seems more yellow and white- this wasn't noticed in the salon because unfortunately my hair was wet when I left- not such ptofessional finisher as usual

Kate is fantastic. I want to stop dying my hair and let it go grey but a few months in to the process I couldn't bear the roots and the way my dyed dark brown hair was heading for orange. Kate gave me ash highlights to tone in the roots and dealt with the horrible orangey shade. I am really happy with it and feel I can carry on through the growing out period.

Another great trip to Toni & Guy Eastbourne. attentive service from the minute I opened the door.
Lauren, gave me excellent advice, and continued to transform my hair.

Got a last minute appointment to have my shoulder length hair cut into a shorter style. Leanne was great, she looked at the pictures I took along and discussed what I wanted my hair to look like without rushing. Great hair wash and head message. She kept asking me if I was ok with what she was doing and gave me a really great blow dry. She asked me how I'd like my hair finished too. The hair cut was excellent, exactly what i asked door for. Lame was friendly and approachable and I was extremely happy with my hairstyle. Toni and Guy isn't the cheapest salon but i think you get what you pay for.

Kate did such an amazing job, my hair is looking great for my birthday holiday. Thank you so much x

I have been coming to this salon for 10 years and had another great experience here today. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, and the salon clean and tidy. Lauren is the best hairdresser. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kate had been colouring my hair for years now and truly understands my hair and what it takes to achieve my desired look. She challenges me when I have impulsive hair ideas and I'm always pleased that she does. She is the professional after all and I'm always brilliantly thrilled with the results. Kate has taken me from brunette to a lovely creamy blonde and I'm really pleased with my colour. Kate is lovely and I'd not consider going anywhere else for my colour services. Great colour , friendly staff , just wish juniors would show u back of hair after a blow dry, they don't even take off ur gown, u are left in ur seat to take ur gown off and and go to desk to pay , other then those little things great experience , as always

What a lovely team you have working at the Eastbourne branch, they listen & are sympathetic to each persons individual needs. They work perfectly as a team & are considerate to the clients

I feel recently there has been more rush and less care. My hair colourng this time round was disappointing as I wanted to go darker and my hair is still very blonde - which I made clear I didn't want. My cut isnt as good - but I did have a lower grade hairdresser.

I visited salon on 30th June for a colour refresh and cut. Holly did a great job with my colour and Michele completely changed my hair from shoulder length bob to short cropped style. I left the salon looking and feeling fantastic. Thank you.

Always enjoy a good hair cut with Lauren who is friendly and gives advice

Wasn't happy with the colour as I asked for my hair to be darker and it's still as blonde. The cut doesn't feel so great either and feels not level.
