My first time at toni and guy...very relaxing and my stylist was nice and friendly and I was very happy with my hair when I left.

Lovely colour by Kate and cut by Lauren. Great service and lots of smiles as usual!

I had my hair cut for the second time with Dawn yesterday, and I was not disappointed as the cut was amazing as always, thank you Dawn ????

Such a lovely girl always willing to give advice and very friendly.I have difficult hair to cut and she handles me as if my hair is no problem

I was greeted, on arrival put in a comfy chair, asking me what drink I would like. Lauren, soon came and chatted about how I had found my hair style, advising me of what the next stage. Lauren, as always was brilliant offering creative, professional advice. Then Sophie washed my hair, giving me a head massage. Lauren as she does cut my hair, to the developing style we had agreed, then gave me good advice,on.how to style my hair each day. I always feel relaxed and comfortable. a real pleasure.

Brilliant from start to finish. Had a beautiful colour with Kate who has finally given me the colour I have been wanting for years and a stunning and precise cut by Stacey. All delivered with friendliness and a reassuring professionalism in a lovely environment. I am over the moon and can't wait for my next appointment. Thank you

I had an appointment with Harriet this week. She was very friendly and welcoming. I was very happy with my hair cut and would highly recommend Harriet to anyone visiting Toni and Guy, Eastbourne.

Went for a colour with Kate last week - it's the first time I've ever had my hair coloured and so happy with results! Would definitely recommend, lovely professional service

This salon is excellent - but what makes it so great is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Making my first colour appointment with Kate 6 years ago was the best thing I ever did! Kate is amazing at colour - always listens and gets it spot on everytime. Cannot recommend enough.

I always have a great experience at Toni and Guy. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly and Lauren always does a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair.

Harriot does my hair and as always she did it exactly as I like it she is very good at her job and always makes me feel extremely comfortable and is easy to talk to as are all the girls who work there.

Best hairdresser. Most amazing hair wash, dawn listens to what I want, advises but not overbearing. Very happy as always

I first went to Kate with quite patchy balayage - done by another hairdressers elsewhere - and in 2 visits she has got me to a lovely ash blonde. I have been to a lot of hairdressers and Kate is definitely the best I've been to, I completely trust her with my hair and wouldn't let anyone else near it! Both Kate and Ella are lovely and I like the way Ella cuts my hair - I wouldn't go to anyone else for cut or colour - and recommend them both to everyone and will definitely go back! So happy to have found hairdressers that listen and give you the colour and cut you want! Had so many compliments on my hair, thank you! ????????????

Lovely treat. Great staff. So welcoming and friendly. Left feeling fabulous. What more could I want?!!

As a dentist I'm always on time for my patients, and when I'm running more than 10 minutes late, a member of staff will inform the next patient. Today my stylist was running 10min late, and nobody bothered about notifying me, I approached reception to find out it takes the usual "only 2 min more".

Punctuality is not the strongest British virtue in my experience!

Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere and great colour = very happy customer.

As always a very professional and friendly service . I have stayed with the same stylist Stacey for over ten years and always enjoy my visit to the salon and my hair cut and Style.

Had my inbtwn visit today.. I have regular highlights but in between I have them freshened up... it's another brilliant service from Eastbourne store... I always have such a lovely experience there..

I love going to this salon I have been coming every six weeks for the last 7 years.
I enjoy the happy friendly atmosphere. Very happy and professional. The girls make me feel very important.
Stacy cuts my hair better than anyone ever has.
What I love is if Stacy or Kate (colour) are unable to do my hair one week there is always another girl who can do it well too.

As ever excellent service, Harriet was humorous very professional and gave very good advice on how my hair should look, I now understand what 'edgy' means

Staff Always lovely and polite and Always happy with my hair.

Kate is absolutely brilliant. I have very thick hair and it was dark brown, Kate did a full head of highlights and transformed it to a blonde / pastel pink.

Amazing service, 5* customer service and fabulous stuff.
Even though I have moved to London when it comes to go to a hairdresser I spend time to travel down to Eastbourne just to go to Toni&Guy in there.
All the girls are really warm welcoming. Naomi and Ella are always very kind (along with all the girls) and always making sure that they will satisfied me.
Excellent and good quality product, and really good service! I can deeply recommend to anyone!

As usual go in looking awful came out with a great cut very friendly armosphere great cup of tea as well would lije bigger gowns we are not all size 16 but every hairdressers is the same do nay e they fo t make them look forward to my next visit

Just had colour refresh with a tint and a few extra light strands to lift it. Really pleased with the result - always a pleasure to be looked after by Kate. Then had a blow dry and some lovely soft waves by Daisy. Skilled and friendly technicians and stylists who always make me feel welcome, relaxed and happy. Thank you!

You are always made to feel welcome & all the team there are more than willing to help.Kate always does an amazing job of colouring my hair & Lauren is a brilliant stylist. I had an appointment with Lauren who has been cutting my hair for several years. She is a very good hairdresser and a lovely person. Always welcoming and interested in her clients. I was early but was fitted in 15 minutes before my appointment. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

I don't like the name of this review software though. I disapprove of secret shoppers.
