I been very happy going to this salon for probably 6/7 years . The cost of my hair colour has increased from £17.50 to £35 when the Technician qualified - fair enough about this was about 18mths ago . But over the last 3 months has seen more increases taking it to £60 . I go there at least fortnightly and have essentially the same colour I had when the technician was training . It was good whilst it lasted . I phoned to speak with manager but disappointingly she didn’t bother to call me back to discuss my concerns . I have been a long and loyal customer but nervously moving on . This is not the way to reward loyalty . Thank you to Holy for making my hair look nice and the juniors for the washes .

Daisy is a fantastic stylist she is really professional . She took such care cutting my hair and gave me good advice not to go too short! I am thrilled with my new hair cut. Because it’s beautifully cut it will be so easy to manage. Thank you Daisy

Kate did my colours and Ella cut my hair. Both stylists never fail to deliver and I always leave feeling cosmic. I waited a long time, before booking this appointment but it was worth the wait. I would rather come to Toni and Guy than any other salon in Eastbourne.

No disrespect to any of the other stylists but was very happy to have Stacey back. She just knows what to do and I totally trust her. Had a lovely wash and a deep conditioning as my hair is pretty dry at the minute and , I do t know her name but she is always so lovely and chatty. And her massage skills are the best! Love this salon! Had an awesome red/orange colour service from resident expert Holly, and a brilliant cut and style from Michele, along with expert hair care advice. Can't recommend this place enough, particularly if you want fun and bright colours!
