I went into the salon, as my previous hair dressers had closed down, to enquire about an appointment. I was offered an appointment the same day as there had been a cancellation which I was more than happy to accept. Kurstey was really welcoming, engaged with me fully & gave me advice about my hair. I’m really pleased with the result & my hair feels really soft - I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making me feel welcome as I get anxious in new situations but I was quickly out at ease.

Sophie is brilliant. She explains her thoughts about my hair clearly and gives great advice on how to manage post-salon. I always come away feeling I have a new cut, but there have only been a few tweaks. I have learnt so much about my hair since coming to Sophie and it is all for the better. Thank you once again Sophie - my hair looks and feels fantastic.

After a consultation, I booked an appointment for a smoothing service. I’d never been to the salon before, but when I arrived for my appointment Sophie greeted me like she’d been doing my hair for years. I had the Alisa smoothing service which was fully explained to me, given my frizzy, more than a wave but not a curl hair, and I opted for the lowest level, just to see what kind of results I could get.
Sophie was very friendly and professional throughout, the results of the smoothing process were amazing, and I’ve booked in for a colour service with her in a couple of months.
After washing my hair at home, I can confirm a mere blow dry has given me beautiful smooth, straight hair which I would never have achieved before without straighteners, so I’m very pleased.

After plucking up the courage to have a substantial hair cut I had the most wonderful time at Aspects. This was not just a hair cut - it was an amazing experience! Angela was fantastic and the other young ladies were just as fabulous. I cannot recommend it enough. Everything was spotless and tranquil. Every detail has been devised to the highest degree. Having not visited a hair salon in years I have already booked to go back at Christmas. Thank you for a lovely hair cut which I couldn't be more pleased with.

I have very fine hair, and also suffered the side effects of covid which made my hair fall out. Sophie has worked wonders with my hair yet again. Each visit it's getting better and stronger. I left the salon feeling like a different person, flicking my hair - it felt so good.

Sara talked me through what I wanted and what would work with my hair type. What my realistic daily hair style would work for me and I left not only with a great cut, but great advice on how to mange my crazy mane!
The service and products felt amazing and again, we talked through what to use.

I have loved getting my hair done with Sophie. I have had a difficult month, Sophie was so lovely and sympathetic, she told me to just sit and relax and it didn’t matter if I didn’t want to talk much. Sophie listened to all my hair concerns, gave amazing advice and lightened it up perfectly. The cut is amazing also.
