Michael suggested that it might be worthwhile having a Keratin treatment on my hair, as I was constantly moaning about it going frizzy. Well all I can say is it is fantastic. I now have smooth, silky hair whatever happens - even after the gym! I am so thrilled I cannot recommend enough. It is expensive but worth it to have my hair looking like it did 30 years ago. Thank you.

As a nervous resistant to change hair stylists American, I can say there is no better place to have ones hair done than Serenity, and no better stylist than Abbie. The salon is visually exquisite, the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The care is top notch. Abbie really listens and created a masterpiece with my rather complicated cut and color every single time. She has become a friend to me. I love this shop and all it’s devoted caring staff!! Do yourself a favor and let them pamper you!

Fantastic afternoon with two treatments, Indian head massage and technalogical facial. So relaxing I fell asleep several times. My skin feels so soft and looks lovely and fresh! An annual leave treat that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Also enjoyed the use of the massage chair and cup of tea between treatments! Thank you!

What is sometimes a slightly painful procedure is not at all worrying or concerning when knowing I am in the hands and under the control of a qualified and well trained professional. Abbie takes the time to make sure l am happy with my cut and colour and has an excellent understanding of different processes. Gracie washed my hair this time and gave a relaxing head massage. I tried out the new beauty therapist last week and I can honestly say I experienced the best massage I've ever had. Kim listened to where my back was hurting, asked so many questions and then got to work. She has worked miracles and I couldn't be happier. I have spent/wasted so much money on other therapies to treat my muscle pain when all I had to do was book in with Kim! I will DEFINITELY be back and I live 35 miles away but will make the journey just to see Kim again. Thank you so much, I'm pain free for the first time in months.

I really look forward to visiting Serenity. It's not only that I feel confident of finding first-rate hairstyling in a beautiful place, but also that all the staff are so kind and calm and nice to be with.
