I love the salon and the staff and so friendly thank you abbie for my hair cut i feel so much lighter and looking forward to talking more about a possible hair colour i will be making this my regular hairdressers

Michael could be living in Hollywood, working with movie stars, and yet he is here is Hastings, styling and saving the limp lank lockdown locks of someone like me. The whole team are kind and professional, and all deserve gold medals. I went in feeling bland and walked out feeling like a million dollars. X

This was my first time at Serenity. Vicky done an amazing job with my hair. She is clearly a very talented stylist with a great eye for detail. Very professional & friendly. Ellinor has a lovely welcoming nature and puts customers immediately at ease. She is highly professional and experienced in all that she does . She creates a magical experience.
Her full body massages are wonderful, you really feel that she knows where the knots and tension are and unlocks them ..the continuity of her flow of movements is so streamline .. that it leaves you feeling totally calm and relaxed after..
I have been coming to her for a number of years and will continue to recommend her to friends and family too.

Due to Covid it’s been over a year since I’ve been Serenity. It was so nice to go back. I’ve just had an excellent haircut; the salon seemed extremely well organsised to be Covid Secure. As before it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Sorted my hair out and it now looks and feels fabulous thank you so much see you again very soon...

I am so thrilled to have finally got myself to Mark. He's given me a completely different look which is very exciting and made me feel great. He is clearly very intuitive, listened to me and understood what would work for my lifestyle. Really really pleased. And he likes cats!

Been in today to have my very out grown roots done back to ashy blonde! Vicky is incredible at hair and is very knowledgeable! Advised me on all the proper after care which I will be following, also treated myself to their INNOluxe treatment which has brought my dry hair back to life. Had an amazing hair wash by Lia and Gracie. Everyone that works at Serenity is so caring and lovely, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Coming into the salon is like seeing old friends - welcoming and always pleased to see you in a sincere way. I left today feeling pretty and positive for the first time since Covid struck in 2020. So thank you Vicky for lifting my confidence and my spirits!x

Went in for a Brazilian Wax. The salon is nicely done out and feels very tranquil. Ashleigh was clearly an experienced waxer. Great technique so was not too painful. She put me at ease so was not embarrassed at all. She was very attentive to my feelings and checked several times that I was ok. Would 100% recommend her. I have found my go to waxer for this treatment. Well done Ashleigh.

Fantastic hair and lovely experience. Everyone was lovely and Mark has taught me things about my hair I never knew that will definitely make it easier to manage. Feels like he made the effort to get to know me so my hair reflects me and my lifestyle!

Mark gave me a beautiful hair cut. My hair looks so healthy and bouncy now and he listened to me when I said I want to keep as much of the length as possible. I’ve left with my long hair but it looks so much better and healthy. Amazing

Lovely to be back at serenity. As always everyone is very friendly. Vicky has done a lovely cut and blow dry. Looking forward to my balayage in a few weeks to blend my natural grey as it grows out. Week done everyone you all do a fantastic job.

Today I had a relaxing pedicure sat in the massage chair. Elinor transformed my winter/lockdown feet to sandal-ready.

I was very pleased with the cut. It’s great to have post lockdown hair at last! This was my first time at Serenity and it was a very pleasant experience.

There aren’t really words. I left the house with major anxiety because I was going out and came home feeling like a million dollars. Amazing cut and colour ❤️

The place offers cosy and stylish atmosphere and experienced stylists. Everyone takes a good care of you.

I nearly fell asleep with the chair massaging my back & the therapist massaging my feet. Pure bliss and such a treat.

I had a full head of highlights and cut. I had long lockdown roots and frizzy ends, Abbie matched the colour perfectly and cut it exactly as I wanted it. Everyone was so friendly despite all the restrictions they work with.

So, I am allergic to hairdressers! I mean I find it very traumatic to go to a salon and sit through having my hair done, but I really love going to serenity and having Abbey do my hair. I feel relaxed and at ease and not at all intimidating. I wouldn't go anywhere else, thanks to the lovely Abbey.

Just got home after my first Serenity appointment since the lifting of restrictions, and had the best few hours of my recent life! The salon and treatment rooms are beautiful and spotless as ever, the welcome is warm and kind whilst managing to adhere to all rules and instilling complete confidence regarding Covid security - this is an almost impossible task that Serenity seem to execute with ease, and have some with every twist and turn of the last year. My treatments were wonderful and Imogen is excellent, as are the whole team, who can’t do enough to make customers welcome. I loved being back and can’t wait for my next visit.

Well done Serenity, felt very safe, everyone wearing masks and adherring to the rules.
