Had my first appointment with Claire today as the lovely Vicky is on maternity leave. Wow! I am very happy with my hair. Claire was very professional and friendly. The young lady who washed my hair was very professional and friendly too. Thank you again serenity .

A lovely, chatty woman, made me feel very comfortable! She made my hair look gorgeous and had lots of advice on products to use etc. Had a great experience with her today and will be coming back!

All the staff were so nice, helpful and sweet, particularly Hannah who washed my hair.

Ive been having my hair cut by Abbie for a few year and find her attention to detail, knowledge and experience reassuring. I would also like to add my hair wash by Holly who was very lovely and does a fantastic head massage.

Ellinor always has a smile to greet you. She is so gentle that before you know it the wax treatment is over and done with.

Georgina has always done my pedicure. My daughter treated me to a massage for christmas and to my surprise Georgina was my masseur. Absolutely fabulous I walked out today feeling better than I have for a long time. Excellent

Amazing service from the second you walk in to the second you leave. Coffee was lovely, the hair wash and head massage was divine and the staff are super friendly. My hairdresser was Mark and he did an amazing style for me - feeling fabulous! I'll definitely be back to see him again as the vibe here is really relaxed. Very happy customer! :)

Ellinor makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A lovely warm treatment bed is ready for you and soothing music is on at just the right volume. Very pleased with my eyelash extensions and Ellinor is an absolute sweetheart.
