Ellinor is just the most lovely person, she makes me feel so at ease at every appointment and we always have a good chat and laugh! She’s very gentle and reassuring if you’re nervous. Would definitely recommend Ellinor after my perfect brows and now waxing I will definitely not go anywhere else for all my beauty treatments!

Vicky always gives me a great cut and lovely voluminous curly blow dry. I am always complemented on my haircut and layers. Fab hairdresser and highly recommended. Thank you Vicky!

Lovely relaxing experience. Great service. Unfortunately no one told me the names of the Beautition’s so can’t give them a shout out.

I started my afternoon with a relaxing pedicure from Kaitlin - she did beautiful work and gave a firm foot massage. Then over to Claire for a new colour and amazing cut and blow dry. Hannah washed my hair beautifully.

I had a wet haircut with Lia and she was great as usual. She uses different hair products every time I go and explains what each of them does to my hair and I can feel the difference.

My fourth visit to Serenity and I was greeted as always with a smile from the young Lady at reception. Today I finally took the plunge after deliberating for over a year and had my long hair cut into a Bob. Claire has done an amazing job yet again. Serenity is my No 1 hairdresser, fantastic Salon. Lovely cut by Claire, then back for another appointment for the Kerasilk treatment. Claire applied & set this in beautifully. This is the 4th type of "Brazilian blow-dry" I've had & I must say the Goldwell Kerasilk has been the best at smoothing my wayward hair!

Lia is always welcoming and she does my hair beautifully. I would recommend her.

Arrived with tired, bleached hair and Mark transformed my hair into funky lilac colour, with flashes of blue and a short, pixie cut.

The best blow dry shampoo and head massage been to many hairdressers Brighton supposed top salons. Hands down serenity the best I've been to.

Had an amazing beauty treatment today by the hands of the lovely Ellinor absolutely loved every second of it. Then over to the very talented Lia for my hair colour to which she has done an amazing job refreshing my faded blue, I felt well and truly relaxed after both my treatments. Everyone at Serenity are very professional and friendly and it feels like home when your there, cleanliness to the highest standard and nothing is ever an issue for them.

It was worth the journey to Hastings to have my hair coloured by Mark who has been doing it for the last 3 years. It was my first visit to the salon. Everyone was very welcoming and I was well looked after. I will be back!

I absolutely love Serenity! I am Ellinor’s regular customer and have never left the salon feeling disappointed! Ellinor is one of the most loveliest person I have ever met and her service is brilliant too! All staff members are also lovely and amazing and the salon atmosphere is great! Came in last minute to have my hair done asked for a full head of highlights which was done by Mark. He sat down with me and spoke about the different tones in my hair and what the best way to do it was using different products to achieve what I wanted! And he done just that I’m so happy with what he done I’m in love with my new hair! He took his time and let me know each step what he was doing which was really nice! All the girls are very welcoming and it’s an overall lovely place to visit was a real treat! Nadia finished my hair with a nice wave to the ends and it was spot on. One very happy girl thank you to Mark and Nadia and all at serenity! X

Had my eyebrows microbladed with Ellinor this morning. This is the first time I’ve ever had a treatment like this and i definitely chose the best place and beautician! Ellinor was very thorough with providing information on the treatment at my consultation and also throughout the treatment and aftercare process explanation. The procedure was much better than I anticipated, painless and very relaxing, Ellinor was very gentle and ensured I was happy and comfortable through out! I’m already in love with my new brows and honestly Cannot wait to go back for my top up and see the final result! Would defiantly recommend Ellinor for a MicroBlading to everyone!!
