Sorry I can't remember the name of the male hairdresser that cut my Daughters hair as it was a our first time. He was very professional and lovely. Amelias hair looked amazing and she enjoyed her time at Serenity. Thank you! I'm looking forward to my appointment to get my hair and eyebrows done next week

My first time and was daunted by the length of time to have it done but Georgina made the whole experience calm and relaxing. I was delighted with the result and will definitely book again.

This salon is clean and bright and welcoming in the heart of an ever changing old Town community. More importantly the stylists/assistants and technicians are creative and intelligent. They invest their time and skills in ensuring clients feel confident and relaxed always. It’s also like coming home to share news, ideas and local info after periods away working. Claire has been my stylist for a couple of years and her patience and creative experience has seen me develop my hair style again after chemotherapy. I get the sense that Serenity as a whole, keeps it’s ethos down to earth without losing any of it’s modernity in a fairly competitive hairdressing scene in Hastings.

Excellent haircut, Claire really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Shampooist great too, free head massage really relaxing. Hope to be back sometime next year.

Hour facial with 30min back massage. Right amount of pressure to work my knots without being uncomfortable. Drifted off several times during facial. Floated out of salon with skin aglow. Must do this more. Thank you Ellinor!

Brilliant experience. Wonderful head massage. Lia explained and discussed everything. I was so relaxed I felt myself nodding off a few times! Will definitely visit again.

My hair was a mess when I arrived, damaged by sun etc, but after treatment and a good cut after my root colouring I was delighted with the result.

My daughter wanted her very long, straight hair as curly as possible. Abbie couldn’t have been more obliging, and some time later, with help from a colleague as there was a LOT of hair to curl, one very happy daughter with beautiful curls that have stayed in far longer than any time we have tried! Really great styling and service as always, we both came out delighted.
