Luis was recommended by a family member, and I was not disappointed. He knew exactly what I wanted after a quick consultation, and delivered! All the staff were lovely, the salon welcoming and my hair fabulous! I have already booked my next 2 appointments ?

Lovely little friendly salon with well trained and experienced hairdressers.

A thoroughly good hair do & and conversation!

Don't know if there was a double booking but my appointment was at 915, because I was still waiting at 940 unfortunately I had to raise the lateness as I was due somewhere at 1030. Ilka was very friendly and lovely about it and did reduce the price but I did have to forfeit the style out of the cut and style and it felt very rushed. I did book online for the first time so don't know if this was the issue?

Nikki bent over backwards to do exactly what I asked ( which was out of the usual), was friendly and professional - the salon had a nice ambience.

Luis is brilliant, would definitely recommend

I went into Martinez today for an appointment with Luis to correct a mess another hairdresser had made on my hair. He listened, took a thorough look and then went to work on my hair. As he was doing it he gave me little tips about how to look after it and by the time my hair was done it looked liked so good. I’m grateful to Luis for the best cut and style I’ve had in years I could have kissed him. He definitely has another Client on his books. Thank you Luis x

Luis really knows what he's doing when it comes to hair! He listens to what you want but combines it with his own experience and incredible understanding of hair so the result is just perfect. Thank you as always but this time I think might be the best ever.. I say that every time!

I visited Martinez yesterday morning and had a bob cut by Luis. It’s a really lovely haircut and I’m so pleased with it, Luis listened carefully to what I asked for and considered my hair type. It had a calming, friendly atmosphere in the salon and overall a great experience, I’ll be going back.
