I went to ministry of hair today and received the best customer service ive had in a longtime, will definitely be a return customer…..they handled my curly hair really well, I was able to get some good advice on how to improve the health of my hair…they provided a much more personalised service than chain hairdressers ive visited….really worth a visit.

When I first walked in the salon I told the hair stylist that I had never had my hair done professionally before, and showed her a photograph of the sort of idea that I liked, a bayalage.
I was shown a range of colours on a board and asked my option on colours I liked or would like to have. Once I had made my decision the hairdresser explained what she was doing and how it would look when finished, something I found very reassuring.
I explained that I had parts of grey in my hair since a child that have always bothered me, that I wanted dyed over while keeping the natural colours too. I felt that there was no judgment regarding this, and I was given many different options of what to do with my hair.
I had bayalage, highlights, cut, blowdry, curled, all at an amazing price too.
Everyone was so bubbly and friendly, from smiling to offering drinks. I was there for several hours but it definitely felt a lot quicker, the customer service was outstanding and I can't fault anyone.
I left the salon feeling confident and sassy, and so pleased with how my hair looked. I will definitely be back, and bringing my sisters along for their hair to be done too.

I have just had an amazing haircut that has shape and a colour that looks natural after a very bad one from a different Hairdressers 2 months ago. I will be coming back next time I need a haircut.

Today was my first visit and I can honestly say I will be back, Best hair cut in years and my hair feels great, Daniel did a great job of making a bad cut a fab cut. He also recomended the correct products. Also loved having my hair washed and while getting a back massage at the same time.

Absolutely amazing from the get go. It took a week exactly from consultation to sitting in the chair having a complete colour change from dark brown to a lovely copper colour. Sam made me feel confident, and she was super excited as was I to see the transformation. Sam did an awesome job and I absolutely love my new colour. I will definitely be returning to have my hair done when it’s due. I am so, so happy with my new hair. ? The whole team are just brilliant, so friendly and they were all very professional too.

Good overall experience. Relaxing gentle hair wash then excellent cut and blow dry. Jo was polite and welcoming and listened to exactly what I asked for.
