I had thick knotted curly hair afterwards it was straight and sleek. I love it

Ceylan was very lovely and helpful as to what cut suits me. Understood my needs and did accordingly. Bit costly but worth it. Will definitely recommend my friends.

Brilliant as usual

A lady called Maddie recommended the salon to me and I am so glad she did! I really couldn’t fault it. Lovely easy and friendly atmosphere. Beautiful cut and white-blonde hair by Jo. I have found myself a genuinely nice hair technician who I seriously expect to be seeing for years to come.

The massage chair whilst getting your hair washed is a big bonus and the head massage was an even bigger bonus! Very relaxful I didn't want to leave.

This is long time overdue, I have been a regular customer of Sally's for about a year now. I have never stepped foot in Ministry of Hair and not been made to feel welcome.every member of staff greets with a friendly hello and sense of being pleased to see you. The various staff that wash and prepare the hair are always friendly and proffessional.

Sally herself is that rare type of person that not only is exceptionally skilled and happy to serve, but also friendly and interacts with customers in a way that feels like talking to a familiar friend. My hair is always perfect and she uses her knowledge and experience to give me exactly what I want, despite my tricky hair.

Nothing is too much trouble for anyone in there and it is a joy to visit every time. Cannot reccommend enough!

I had a haircut booked with a stylist but she was running late (It's not an issue, it happens!) So I was told I could reschedule or have someone else. I was looked after by Rhiannon. She was brilliant! Once I say I'm hard of hearing, people tend to ignore me completely but not Rhiannon. She checked in regularly, made sure I knew what was going on and ensured I was comfortable at every time. This is the first time ever that I have completely loved my hair! Will definitely be back!

As an NHS worker having been on the frontline over the last year I so needed the haircut, everyone in the salon was amazing, I felt really spoilt from my hair wash to JO cutting my hair, true professionals and the skill they all have is outstanding, thank you so much

Felt at home straight away ! Brilliant lady done root colour perfect ! Stylist lovely Lady ! Restyled went in long hair dry despite cut at shop . 2 was prior . Scarecrow Salan conditioner/ shampoo now sleek/ shiny! Bathroom clean like ensuing nice Capachino /biscuits . Wonderful staff Excellent service 10/10

Çeylan is absolutely fantastic and I have always come away happy with the outcome, be it a haircut or colour. I love how she 'gets' my style and has great reccommendations if I am looking for a new 'look'. She is also a lovely person and I would recommend her and the MoH in a heartbeat.
