Friendly staff, and very good service.

Had my hair cut today by Cey, not only is she lovely but her cutting and styling skills are amazing. She always gives me tips on different ways to style it too. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been visiting the salon for many years now and had not had a hair appointment since prior to last lockdown. I can’t praise the girls enough on their amazing talent , listening skills and great personalities. Over last 3 years I’ve had my hair lighted with balayage and felt it was time to go back to my brunette roots. Jo listened to my needs and produced the exact colour I had in my mind. My hair was then cut and styled (with the perfect length bangs) by Jae (apologies if name wrong) I always forget her name and she’s cut my hair several times! Apologies!!
In all I’m so happy with the colour, cut and style of my hair - thank you ladies!!!

Always a friendly warm welcome as you arrive, my hair was washed and conditioned really well, checked that I was comfortable and offered the massage option that the chair has.
Daniel dried and styled my hair exactly as I wanted, without hardly any prompting from me.
I left feeling very pampered, only thing missing was a cup of coffee but that's down to the dreaded Covid.

Excellent COVID o compliance making you feel very safe

Cey was absolutely lovely and made my first visit back in the salon in over a year very comfortable. I was so ecstatic with my hair when initially looking in the mirror at the hairdressers and couldn’t stop beaming but once I arrived home and started to properly look at my hair I realised that the back of my hair was about two inches shorter than the front, something that I did not initially see before hand. When my hair is at the back of my head behind my shoulders it all lines up and is even but when all brought round the front there is a noticeable difference that the front portion of my hair is longer and it looks very odd and scraggly at the ends compared to the back of my hair. I wanted my hair to be all one length which is what I asked for and although no layers were put in, I am confused as to why my hair is now different lengths as apposed to all one length. I am absolutely gutted as to have around 3 inches off my hair was a big change anyway and now I will need to get it cut even shorter to even it all out. I absolutely hate leaving a bad review at a time like this because everyone in the hairdressers is so lovely but I am so upset about my hair that I felt that I needed too. Unfortunately I am really unhappy with my hair and it’s knocked my confidence massively.

I have always had excellent care and styling over several years from Dan and the wonderful staff team and long may it continue. Thank you love the head massage too so relaxing.

First time at MOHL and I saw Cey following a bodged cut for a graduated bob the day before with a different hairdresser. Given I didn't have much hair to work with, Cey did an amazing job putting some shape and graduation back into my hair. Cey listened to what I wanted and took her time. She was very professional and gave advice of how we could build more shape into my bob as my hair grows. I'm so happy I went there and will be returning for my bimonthly cuts. Thank you Cey!

Brilliant when I first sat down I felt anxious I worry about reacting to treatments but jo made me feel really at ease the whole way through and the end result was fantastic before I let I booked to have hair extensions in can’t wait the owner is very nice to as was everyone else that I come across in there all in all a lovely day thanks guys

This was my 10 year olds first salon experience and Jo was fantastic at putting her at ease. She was great with Tess and most importantly did a wonderful job with her hair!

I had a cut and blow dry by Daniel and it is probably one of the best haircuts I’ve had in over a decade. He listened to my ask which was to tidy my hair up, my hair was
really long and became very dry. Often most hairdressers can’t cut my hair properly due to the length, curls and thickness. I am really pleased with my haircut and I’ll definitely go back to get my haircut by Daniel.

I had hair cuts by different hair stylist but no one could really understood what I really wanted. Ceylan was my hair stylist today who immediately knew what my expectations were and the end result was a big smile in my face. Amazing hair stylist and I am definitely coming back to her soon. Very happy.

Had my hair cut and coloured today after 4 months and I so pleased with it. Sally did a fantastic job in creating a new longer length style for me and I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars.
