Sam took great care with hygiene procedures while trying to keep me at my ease, she did a fantastic job and then Sally cut my hair and continued the high standard of care

Had my colour done by Jo and cut with Daniel and feel just amazing. Both listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked. Both made me feel very welcome and at ease in the current climate. Can not thank them both enough for making me feel me again

I've had my hair cut today at MOH by Daniel and it was just absolutely fantastic. The hairdressers wore shields and I wore a mask. Felt really relaxed though.
Was genuinely the best morning I've had in months! Having my hair washed just felt amazing. The staff were brilliant and I cannot wait to go back!

A friendly guy with heaps of style

4 months since I’ve had a colour and haircut and I didn’t know what the new normal would be......

When I arrived wearing my face covering, the first thing was a warm welcome and an auto hand sanitizer. All areas have been screened off, so there is no one walking passed the hairdresser work station. I was given a mask to wear to prevent mine from getting any dye on it. Joe was wearing a mask and a face shield throughout my appointment and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.

When my hair was washed there is a system to ensure clients are distanced from each other. The assistants are all wearing protective face shields and gloves.

Joe did an excellent job with my hair and colour...it maybe the new normal but it was a pleasure as always.

Had the most fantastic experience getting my hair done today looks absolutely fab so pleased with the colour and cut and cey was an absolute delight to talk to beautiful young lady ?

Daniel and his team are welcoming salon clean and tidy always get a lovely cup of tea. Daniel encoured me to get a colour advise with Jo colourist took the plunge in December and I'm so so pleased with the result so much so I want to take colour lighter. Further haircut today by Daniel I have short cut and he takes the time required to get the style right. I cannot speak highly enough of the Basildon team biggest thanks to Daniel and Jo

Lovely salon very friendly staff Joe is amazing

I came to the salon last year because my hair was ruined by someone. Daniel completely transformed my hair and Sam coloured it I left feeling a million dollars. I go every six weeks and will never go anywhere else love these guys x

Arrived with dark brown hair (red dye under it as well) and left with blonde hair. Jo is so friendly and made my colour perfect. Couldn’t be happier thank you!
