Thrilled with my hair, Jo understood what i wanted. All the girls on the reception were very friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had not booked and was pleased to be fitted in, the ladies there were very pleasant and cheerful, made me feel welcome. Aysha listened to what I wanted and looked at the pictures of the styles and textures I was looking for. The young lady who washed my hair really spent time and massaged my head and I am pleased with my cut. Just such a lovely experience nothing was rushed will definitely be going back thank you ladies x

Cey was very professional she was very attentive from the beginning to the end
Her technique was fantastic and she had great conversation whilst always making sure I was happy during the wash and blow dry process

Omg! If there was ever a day I was destined to have my hair cut it was today! My normal hairdresser was closed so my friend told me about Ministry of Hair in basildon and I am so thankfull she did.
My stylist Sally is the best stylist I've ever had cut my hair. I have always had my hair cut the same way but this is the 1st time it's ever looked the same as the picture I give everyone.
What a lovely person all round and I cant wait to meet her again. It was a blessing.

Wonderful atmosphere, all the staff a very polite.
Ceylan was lovely, she gave me lots advice and she put life back into my hair.

Really friendly team, Joe was very careful to understand who I was and what I needed, and great to chat to. My hair was in poor condition and now looks well on the way to recovery.

Am amazing experience. I went in with a wild head of hair and came out with a cheeky pixie cut. Joe was superb, listened to me, and I left with a totally new look and it was exactly how I had asked her to cut it. I can't wait to go back and fine tune the style. Also had a lovely head massage by the young girl washing. A great experience, and I am so pleased that I went in. All the team was super friendly and were so lovely after such a drastic restyle. Thank you all so much for making me feel both welcome and special.

Very clean salon and staff were professional and passionate about their work. Calm relaxed atmosphere. I booked to have an overhaul on my terribly damaged hair with Daniel. He did a lovely job and knew exactly what he was going to do after I gave him free reign on his creative side and expressed not afraid to have the chop if needed. I'm in love with my new haircut and am looking forward to seeing how my hair story unfolds over the next year. Very honest and realistic advice given and prices I would say are very good for the overall service you recieve. Bare in mind it is true that you get what you pay for. Very happy with this salon and won't be going anywhere else :)

Amazing experience, Sam was so professional and I got an amazing balayage ombre. Love this look! I got a chair massage and a head massage whilst getting my hair cut, the ladie was so lovely. Deffinatley going back!

I love coming here: every aspect of the treatment, from the welcome at the door, the consultation with stylist, the hair wash and head massage and finally the cut itself, is warm and conducted with the utmost professionalism. At no point are products or extra services thrust at customers and the prices are very reasonable for such high-quality service. I have regular appointments with Sally, who is lovely to talk to and very able to suggest and execute stylistic tweaks that make me feel great and full of confidence when I walk out the door. Recommended!

I had an appointment on Saturday (30/3) with Sally, and she was fantastic. First time ever having my hair done with Sally, and she has gained a client for life!
My hair looks amazing. Sally is lovely, and amazing at what she does. Thanks again I love my new hair ????????‍♀️

Even before I had made an appointment, CEO Daniel took the time to talk to me about my hair and its condition. I think he would have done this even if I didn’t make an appointment after I had spoken to him. The condition of my hair has improved so much and looks amazing. Can’t thank him enough. Definitely switching stylist permanently to Daniel. Chloe washed my hair for me and was very attentive and chatty. She’s just starting out around her studies. She will go far with her friendly and positive stance on life.

Always a delight to visit and refresh my look.
