Wonderful service! Sam really listened to me and gave me some great advice!

Great friendly service all round and Aysha was lovely and helpful

I attended for a colour refresh with Sam which was of excellent standards as always. Jo did my hair cut for the first time and it was well done. She analysed the dry hair as I requested to see the natural waviness before the cutting. I discussed what I needed and her hair consultation skills were excellent.Sadly the young trainee who was given the task of washing my hair clearly had poor hospitality skills. She did not introduce herself or explain what she was doing. When I noticed that there was shampoo and colour still not rinsed out I mentioned it but was ignored and she carried on adding the conditioner to my hair. Shampoo went into both ears and down my forehead for the first time ever at this salon. She also did not apologise for this . Luckily another lovely colleague noticed my distress ( I had the towel over my face worried it would go into my eyes) and thankfully washed the colour/ shampoo/ conditioner mix out of my hair.

I have been having my hair done at ministry of hair since it was open and what an amazing service I get every time! I have had all stylists colour and cut my hair and I cannot fault any of them. They are all so friendly, welcoming and take care in their work. Today I had some tape extensions and wow they look and feel incredible! Thank you jo. I have finally found a salon I trust. Highly recommend!

My first time at the salon and I will definitely be back. Ajshe was lovely and was honest about what could be achieved colour wise. I was more than happy with the result and definitely be back. Great colour and cut and for £80 cheaper than I'd been quoted elsewhere.

Sam always does a brilliant job of my hair. She always listens to what I want and does it.she is a lovely friendly girl and I wouldn’t let anyone else colour my hair. Thanks Sam. Lil always washes and straightens my hair and she is a little star. Ajshe is the person who cuts my hair and she is also very talented and a complete ray of sunshine. The staff here are lovely. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I had not booked and was pleased to be fitted in, the ladies there were very pleasant and cheerful, made me feel welcome. Aysha listened to what I wanted and looked at the pictures of the styles and textures I was looking for. The young lady who washed my hair really spent time and massaged my head and I am pleased with my cut. Just such a lovely experience nothing was rushed will definitely be going back thank you ladies x

Cey was very professional she was very attentive from the beginning to the end
Her technique was fantastic and she had great conversation whilst always making sure I was happy during the wash and blow dry process

Omg! If there was ever a day I was destined to have my hair cut it was today! My normal hairdresser was closed so my friend told me about Ministry of Hair in basildon and I am so thankfull she did.
My stylist Sally is the best stylist I've ever had cut my hair. I have always had my hair cut the same way but this is the 1st time it's ever looked the same as the picture I give everyone.
What a lovely person all round and I cant wait to meet her again. It was a blessing.

Wonderful atmosphere, all the staff a very polite.

Really friendly team, Joe was very careful to understand who I was and what I needed, and great to chat to. My hair was in poor condition and now looks well on the way to recovery.

Am amazing experience. I went in with a wild head of hair and came out with a cheeky pixie cut. Joe was superb, listened to me, and I left with a totally new look and it was exactly how I had asked her to cut it. I can't wait to go back and fine tune the style. Also had a lovely head massage by the young girl washing. A great experience, and I am so pleased that I went in. All the team was super friendly and were so lovely after such a drastic restyle. Very clean salon and staff were professional and passionate about their work. Calm relaxed atmosphere. I booked to have an overhaul on my terribly damaged hair with Daniel. He did a lovely job and knew exactly what he was going to do after I gave him free reign on his creative side and expressed not afraid to have the chop if needed. I'm in love with my new haircut and am looking forward to seeing how my hair story unfolds over the next year. Very honest and realistic advice given and prices I would say are very good for the overall service you recieve. Bare in mind it is true that you get what you pay for. Very happy with this salon and won't be going anywhere else :)

Amazing experience, Sam was so professional and I got an amazing balayage ombre. Love this look! I got a chair massage and a head massage whilst getting my hair cut, the ladie was so lovely. Deffinatley going back!
