I love coming here: every aspect of the treatment, from the welcome at the door, the consultation with stylist, the hair wash and head massage and finally the cut itself, is warm and conducted with the utmost professionalism. At no point are products or extra services thrust at customers and the prices are very reasonable for such high-quality service. I have regular appointments with Sally, who is lovely to talk to and very able to suggest and execute stylistic tweaks that make me feel great and full of confidence when I walk out the door. Recommended!

I had an appointment on Saturday (30/3) with Sally, and she was fantastic. First time ever having my hair done with Sally, and she has gained a client for life!
My hair looks amazing. Sally is lovely, and amazing at what she does. Thanks again I love my new hair ????????‍♀️
The salon is very friendly too, all the staff seemed lovely.

It was really professional and friendly, I didnt quite know what I wanted but Joe sorted it right out with great suggestions. Would highly recommended!

Even before I had made an appointment, CEO Daniel took the time to talk to me about my hair and its condition. I think he would have done this even if I didn’t make an appointment after I had spoken to him. The condition of my hair has improved so much and looks amazing. Can’t thank him enough. Definitely switching stylist permanently to Daniel. Chloe washed my hair for me and was very attentive and chatty. She’s just starting out around her studies. She will go far with her friendly and positive stance on life.

Always a delight to visit and refresh my look.

I had jay, a young girl from Basildon store. Had trusted anyone touching my hair because of bad experiences but since meeting jay Saturday and having her give me a complete make over and I’m in love with it I will not be going anywhere else. The customer services and care I go was above and beyond. Would highly recommend x

I went for a perm consultation and was given the best advice for my hair. I always feel like my hair is the upmost important thing no matter the cost with Daniel and he’s staff. Jo the hairstylist I saw today was one of the loviest people I’ve ever met and feel completely confident with her opinion and advice.

Had my first appointment with Sally today. Colour change and Cut. It was so refreshing to have an experience at a salon that is chilled, fun and still respectful. So happy with my colour and cut already looking forward to seeing what Sally will do next time. Totally trust her with my hair ( and the gossip )

A warm welcome & friendly atmosphere. Loved my cut and color.

Brilliant service. Colour done by Sam, the colour is beautiful and just as I asked for. Cut and blow dry done by Sally and didn't really know what I wanted. Sally kept the length as requested but gave it more shape and a bit of lift.
Totally love the whole look.

Everyone is very nice and I am as usual very happy with the treatment and friendly staff. But I ask for my hair to be shorter. I thought it would be ok. But as each day has gone passed it is annoying me the longer length in the front.

Always pleasant and friendly, and you get a lovely cup of tea.

Very pleased with the cut, Daniel was charming and chatty as always.

It is very difficult to find a good hairstylist, thus I guess once you find one you stick with him or her as long as you can.
Daniel has been taking care of my haircut for over three years now.
He is an excellent stylist but also has ability to tune with people very easily.

Ministry of Hair is a great Salon, yet you don't have to travel into London for the kind of quality and style that they provide. Daniel cuts our hair and also ensures the staff are well trained. Everyone is genuinely happy and are friendly.
