Great salon that is very clean. The staff are very attentive and easy going. Daniel done an amazing job styling my hair and cutting it down from a man bun, to once again short hair! Will be coming back :) well done.

As I’m new to the area, I needed a new hairdresser and Cey was amazing. Such a lovely experience from start to end - I was listened to regarding what I was looking for, we discussed options, all products were explained to me and the end result was just what I had in mind.

Sam always does such a great job with my hair colour ensuring l'm happy before I leave the salon. I wouldn't go to anyone else! Had full head of highlights done and cut and style. Both were really friendly and welcoming but unfortunately my hair ended up darker than I wanted and the the finished style didn't make me feel like I just stepped out of a salon. My fringe is a bit uneven and my hair had too much product in and was wet when I left. For £171 I was left feeling disappointed and a bit upset. They were both really nice people but I didn't get the results I expected from the salon.

Of all the Hairdressers I've been to over the years, There has been No-one like Aysha. Professional, Friendly, Always has a Smile and Takes the time to make sure I get the style I want and am very happy when I leave the Salon. I live in Southend and am happy to travel to Basildon to have Aysha style my hair. I'm very comfortable and don't feel judged or humoured like I have with other Stylists at other Salons. All the Staff are friendly and the Girls that wash the hair are Great too.

Charleigh toned my hair to remove the brassy tones, which have now gone. I really enjoyed the head massage, I felt so relaxed and in safe hands.

I have been using this salon for a few years now and Sally is lovely, listens to what I would like and gives advice that I trust. It isnt the cheapest but value is ok and all the staff are lovely, none of that trying to look cool at the expense of the customer that I have found elsewhere and the cut lasts well. Previous salons always took my business for granted eventually but the service here is consistent. The salon is bright and modern and has a decent loo that they are gracious about customers using. Always offer a hair massage and have massage chairs as standard. The drink offer has been drastically cut, for the money it would be nice to have a
more interesting selection..I just have water as I am allergic to coffee. Always spotless and tidy. Recommended overall, these are just tweaks to make it even better.

Really impressed with Sally's patience and gentleness with my hair. My appointment was a walk in and she immediately made me feel at ease. I've been very hesitant to have my hair done as stylists have been very heavy handed during detangling and with heat use, but I was so pleased with Sally's patience and the final result.

Great chat too, would recommend for 'nervous' clients in the chair.

I had an excellent experience by Sally; she transformed my hair from brown, long and straight, to curly with highlights. I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone in the salon is friendly and professional. You can’t get a better service.
