Excellent as always

Thank you for doing my hair, I thought it was really nice and the result came out exactly what I expected :)

I love my new look and my friends all love it too. The stylist took a lot of care cutting my hair.

My first visit to Ministry was amazing not only did I get a fabulous new hairstyle but I never had an appointment to start with! it was Saturday afternoon, and my husband’s birthday, Daniel saved my evening by fitting me in after I had been let down last minute, I am so glad I walked in when I did and will definitely make them my regular hairdresser from now on. All the staff I met were really friendly and down to earth I was even offered a massage and to put my feet up whilst having my hair washed! They must have seen how stressed I looked when I went in. Definitely the best experience ever compared to the many hairdressers I’ve been to over the years Thanks again and see you soon.

Sally is always amazing. I love how she cuts my hair and its like going to see a friend at the same time. Cey cuts my daughter's hair and always makes her feel very comfortable and they chat the whole time. Lovely staff and wouldn't trust anyone else to cut my hair :-)

Aysha was very friendly and communicative, she delivered excellent service because knows exactly what the customer is looking for and she shows it in her artwork.

Aysha was amazing, she managed to get my hair exactly how I wanted it probably even better! Such a talented lady. Highly recommend.

Sally did exactly what I asked for, made my colour look lovely and was really friendly.

Went to the salon for the first time, and was incredible. Everyone was very polite and friendly, and service is lovely. Daniel was amazing and very helpful, he was extremely understanding of what I was expecting of the haircut, and gave me advice on how to style at home as well. Would definitely recommend, great atmosphere and results

Not my usual salon and last minute appointment for braids - was sceptical. Needn't have worried, Cey listened to what I wanted and I came away with tight well braided hair! Advice was given about after care and further hair improvements, styles and appointments. Was made to feel totally comfortable from beginning to end of the appointment. Thankyou Cey.

I was really impressed with the level of service. This was my first visit following my move to Basildon last year. The apprentice was very courteous and the staff supporting her ensured my wishes were respected. Lovely hair style the result.

As usual, I had a really good experience, at Ministry.I do not have an issue with trainees, cutting & styling my hair, nor should anyone. There is always a professional on hand, to supervise e'g Dan, who is absolutely superb & also the CEO. The atmosphere is very friendly & the salon very clean. No discarded hair on the floor, which is so off putting, to other clients. I would recommend Ministry of Hair, to everyone & do so, very often.

I went for a haircut after a long time being not sure what to expect. Ayesha quickly put me to ease and listened patiently to what I had in mind. It was a very good hair treatment and I was much impressed. Would definitely recommend it!

Highly Recommended. Absolutely Amazing here.. very welcoming and friendly.. Receptionist was so helpful as i had not had a cut an colour in 2 years she appointed me to a very talented hairdresser amazing Aysha as i was so worried with how long an thick my hair is an wanted to keep it. Aysha has bought out the very best in my bonce. My friend came into see me an we were offered tea's , coffee, latte. I will certainly be going back. I have 3 girls and will only take them here now. I have recommended a friend. So happy ?

Ceylan is so lovely and easy to talk to! We have worked together for a while to finally achieve my dream colour without damaging my curly hair. I would 100% recommend Ceylan if you have textured hair

As I am moving further afield this is my last cut with Daniel. He is a brilliant hairdresser and an even better man.

This is my first visit Daniel was recommended to me I am so pleased with the cut I had below waist hair and cut into a short bob the hair cut is very precise would definitely rec come down daniel

Hi I just want to say that over the years people have struggled to cut my hair. I have a side parting and people used to cut chunks into my hair. Ceylon today has made me love my hair again and her advice with looking after my hair was amazing. I will definitely be coming back to her for sure in the future. 10/10 x

Jo is my fav hair stylist there.
I’ve been with Jo since 4 years ago and she always provides me with an amazing service. We discuss what I want and she gives me an advice what it’ll look like.

This time she not only finished her work nicely for me but she also made my daughter happy as she cut her fringes and curled her hair nicely for free! She loved your work Jo and complained why I never told her bout you ? Now you have a new customer ☺️
