Great staff very welcoming love my lady who does my hair

I had my hair cut in the academy by one of the students; it was overlooked by Daniel one of the head stylist. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and loved the way my haircut came out. Also, the area was extremely clean and I was greeted very warmly upon my entrance.

Finally cannot praise Dan’s extensive knowledge, his skill is unmatched.

Jayla was my Hair stylist today and as always I am so very happy with my cut. A true professional, friendly, warm, and knowledgable. We discussed my hair, it’s condition and what cut would suit my face shape etc. a very enjoyable experience indeed. I would definitely recommend this talented and lovely human being to anybody looking for a great cut and service. Never disappointed.

Very helpful , when i asked could i get out of salon by certain time he was very very helpful .

Under very difficult circumstances of a burst water pipe all the staff worked incredibly hard to still be able to give a good service and carry on

Haircut always nice but not over impressed with the way they wash it, To hesitant and precautious to rinse the hair all over and last time my hair wasn't rinsed properly could still feel the suds in my hair, I think they can improve on this by not being so hesitant..

Very pleased with my haircut by Ajshe, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and did an amazing job. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome x

I had 16 inches of length cut off followed by a balayage (foilayage), cut and blow dry. Sally was really lovely and accomodating and did a great job with my hair. I'm very pleased with the result and the service and I enjoyed my experience.

I would not recommend booking with Treatwell, the booking process was quite confused and the date/time I selected was not available, plus the price I paid was a significant chunk more (around £25 I think) than actual cost of the treatment, which I assume is to cover Treatwell fees. I would recommend the salon but book direct.

Was very nervous about my haircut as i was going short for the first time in years, the lovely Aysha made me feel very comfortable and at ease and I couldn’t be more happier with the result! Will definitely be booking with her again?

My first visit to Ministry was amazing not only did I get a fabulous new hairstyle but I never had an appointment to start with! it was Saturday afternoon, and my husband’s birthday, Daniel saved my evening by fitting me in after I had been let down last minute, I am so glad I walked in when I did and will definitely make them my regular hairdresser from now on. All the staff I met were really friendly and down to earth I was even offered a massage and to put my feet up whilst having my hair washed! They must have seen how stressed I looked when I went in. Definitely the best experience ever compared to the many hairdressers I’ve been to over the years Thanks again and see you soon.

Sally is always amazing. I love how she cuts my hair and its like going to see a friend at the same time. Cey cuts my daughter's hair and always makes her feel very comfortable and they chat the whole time. Lovely staff and wouldn't trust anyone else to cut my hair :-)

Aysha was very friendly and communicative, she delivered excellent service because knows exactly what the customer is looking for and she shows it in her artwork.

Not my usual salon and last minute appointment for braids - was sceptical. Needn't have worried, Cey listened to what I wanted and I came away with tight well braided hair! Advice was given about after care and further hair improvements, styles and appointments. Was made to feel totally comfortable from beginning to end of the appointment. Thankyou Cey.
