As usual, I had a really good experience, at Ministry.I do not have an issue with trainees, cutting & styling my hair, nor should anyone. There is always a professional on hand, to supervise e'g Dan, who is absolutely superb & also the CEO. The atmosphere is very friendly & the salon very clean. No discarded hair on the floor, which is so off putting, to other clients. I would recommend Ministry of Hair, to everyone & do so, very often.

I went for a haircut after a long time being not sure what to expect. Ayesha quickly put me to ease and listened patiently to what I had in mind. It was a very good hair treatment and I was much impressed. Would definitely recommend it!

Highly Recommended. Absolutely Amazing here.. very welcoming and friendly.. Receptionist was so helpful as i had not had a cut an colour in 2 years she appointed me to a very talented hairdresser amazing Aysha as i was so worried with how long an thick my hair is an wanted to keep it. Aysha has bought out the very best in my bonce. My friend came into see me an we were offered tea's , coffee, latte. I will certainly be going back. I have 3 girls and will only take them here now. I have recommended a friend. So happy ?

Ceylan is so lovely and easy to talk to! We have worked together for a while to finally achieve my dream colour without damaging my curly hair. I would 100% recommend Ceylan if you have textured hair

Hi I just want to say that over the years people have struggled to cut my hair. I have a side parting and people used to cut chunks into my hair. Ceylon today has made me love my hair again and her advice with looking after my hair was amazing. I will definitely be coming back to her for sure in the future. 10/10 x

Jo is my fav hair stylist there.
I’ve been with Jo since 4 years ago and she always provides me with an amazing service. We discuss what I want and she gives me an advice what it’ll look like.

This time she not only finished her work nicely for me but she also made my daughter happy as she cut her fringes and curled her hair nicely for free! She loved your work Jo and complained why I never told her bout you ? Now you have a new customer ☺️

I came in for the first time today for a wash cut and dry, Jay was lovely to talk to and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. All of the other members of the team I encountered were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Really pleased with my cut. Impressed with the training given to the hairdressers in training!!! All being very well supervised!

Takes a lot longer than a straight wash and cut - but great for helping the trainees and getting a cut price haircut!

I had a lovely afternoon today! The massage chair, sophie washed and massaged my scalp, daniel cut my hair and had a lovely chat, he always remembers small details about my life whenever i visit (which the last time was pre-covid)
I always come out feeling really special and beautiful. They treat everyone like their their favourite customer and i have absolutely nothing but great things to say!

Sally was professional and very friendly, she created a very comfortable atmosphere and guided to me a style I'm very happy with, I will be returning regularly
