Love my appointments with Sally, I always get a fabulous cut and colour looks lovely plus Sally is a lovely person and makes you feel comfortable.

As usual, I was given a warm welcome on arrival. Very polite staff.
Daniel, once again, cut my hair perfectly. IBest hairdresser I have ever been to. A big thank you to all the staff at Basildon

Superb treatment

It’s the first time I have had my haircut done at Minstry. I wasn’t expecting to have such a great experience. Ceylan(Jay) was fabulous and took into account what I wanted. She seemed very excited to do my hair and made sure I felt comfortable and I was happy with the outcome. I will definitely come back and see her again in the future. Many thanks Jay

I was, very happy the colour correction of my hair. I had, half a head of highlight’s high lift tint, toner.
Ellie hart, showed me her connection, friendliness, with me her client. And I felt, at ease with Ellie doing my hair.
Especially, after having a bad experience recently at a hairdressers.
I was pleasantly, surprise at how confident she was listening to instructions, and carrying them out in a professional manner. Ellie Hart, capability’s and confidence, we’re clear to see. I would recommend her to friends, family. I’m sure, she pass her hairdressing apprenticeship, with flying colours.

Very professional, absolutely lovely younge lady doing my hair. Unfortunately didn't catch her name. Tutors so kind and patient with the students. Very clean and lovely feel to the salon

The trainee stylists, are very well supervised, by extremely competent professional stylists. I love the very friendly atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. A VERY clean area, no hair left on the floor. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great short cut, lovely wash and great atmosphere as always.

It takes a lot for me to visit a salon (Trust issues) but from start to finish I felt comfortable and in great hands. I'm actually excited for my next visit x

I think it was jo short blonde hair and glasses lol. But I must say it was worth every penny for turning something they didn't want to do as it was there first real haircut, but your super friendly gorgeous staff and good vibes made it a absolute joy for them as they didn't stop smiling, and me for making both my daughters look like little princesses, so thanks again and I'll see you next time as I'll definitely be back again..

Such a funky haircut- stylist was very friendly and I’m definitely coming back! Whole atmosphere of the salon is really chilled out- they offer hot drinks and actually give you a full on head massage when they’re washing your hair. Aysha did an amazing job thank you :)

I had not had my hair for two years and Jo transformed me from a wild out of control woman to a calm curly lady! She listened to my exact request and cut my hair beautifully. Very friendly and made me feel totally at home in the saloon. She is an amazing stylist and I highly recommend her.
