Very efficient. Best hairwash I’ve Ed ver had in a salon, very gentle and competent. Loved my haircut.

As usual Rachel did a superb job. She is basically a magician and sweetheart. Left the salon feeling like a million dollars and did my fierce walk down the High Street.

My hair has never looked better colour is spot on and the cut lasts so well. Thank you Sarah.

O was dealt with at the correct time and was plessed with the result. However i think it is expensive

Nice young lady washed my hair temperature of water was perfect
Hair stylist Jackie was Efficient and professional as usual listened to how I wanted my hair styled and cut it perfectly
The only negative was the very loud music playing loved the tunes but much too loud should only be background music

Sarah A, who I've been going to for a while now, gave me a great cut -- I've had lots of compliments (my sister thinks it's my best one yet!). We always have a great chat too -- it's a real treat!

Barbie yet again did a first class color on my hair, I am never disappointed. When the salon closed in Wickford I followed Barbie to Billericay. Kitty always does a brilliant haircut and blow dry and I wouldn’t want anyone else 😄

Walk in appointment for my daughter’s hair cut due to another salon letting us down. The staff were very helpful and lovely stylist cut her hair. We are booked to return!

I’ve been coming to the Billericay branch of Headlines for many years now. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The stylists always do exactly as asked. The experience is the equivalent of a West End salon, but at a fraction of the price.

Amazing cut as always! I have used headlines since I was 15, i am now 46. I have never had a bad experience and it doesn't matter which stylist you book with you will walk away loving your hair. Lots of advice with styles, services and products that are relevant to the customer. Dawn cut my hair this time and it is one of the best cuts ive ever had!

The salon is a pleasant place to visit and Dawn gave me a very good haircut.

I was very pleased with my haif cut, but unfortunately not the colour.
The stylist did her best to rectify the issue and advised me to come back again if I was still unhappy.
Which I did the next day.
I was fortunate enough to have the senior stylist who does the colour, and she was very helpful, spent time with me and we started from scratch again.
Walked out feeling much happier.

Had yet another amazing haircut, very pleased and glad I took the plunge to go short, having always had long hair. Lots of compliments from colleagues at work. The only thing I wasn’t enamelled with was the head massage, it felt like I was having my face massaged as well, not happened before so maybe the stylist is new.

Ellie colours and curls my hair just the way I like it…..it’s taken quite a few salons to say the least! Also had the best head massage with my wash. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, you won’t be disappointed.
