I absolutely want to thank Headlines Billericay for firstly ensuring that I received the best experience and nominating both Racheal and Kelly as I help with a cut and colour on hair that has been neglects for some time - their patience and professionalism shine through and helped me embrace change and a long overdue hair so - Thankyou so much …. I bawled I chatted I laughed and I was looked after for that I owe a deep gratitude and vie to never leave it that long again to look after me !! Xx with love and respect Chrissy xxx

Sheree cut and styled my teenage daughter’s hair beaufifully this evening. She’s great to discuss ideas with - you know you’re in safe, experienced hands.
The salon had about 7 other members of staff hanging about not really doing much, which killed the atmosphere, though.

Always a pleasant experience. Friendly, welcoming environment. Sarah has done my hair for several years now and I’ve been a client of Headlines for about 30 years, originally at the Shenfield Salon.

A big thank you to Sarah. I was worried about the need to change my hairdresser - a big decision. Sarah was lovely and took care to listen to what I wanted. I met up with friends in the afternoon and they were really interested in where I had been to the hairdresser. I will certainly be back. They all expressed an interest in coming to your salon.

First time ever going to a salon as I’ve always just stuck to the standard Turkish barber skinfade look and wanted to switch it up. Safe to say I will definitely be coming back. Jackie was the lady who cut my hair and not only did she do a good job the customer service was amazing. Such a friendly environment which was good as I was the only bloke in there. All of the girls where very polite and well mannered 10/10

Emma has been doing my hair for years’ . She is fabulous , always very professional. Listens to want I want and gives brilliant advise . Always leave happy

Despite me making a silly mistake and booking an appointment for a salon that doesn’t exist; all the staff were wonderfully accommodating; friendly and welcoming. The salon was busy and bustling but I couldn’t speak more highly of all the staff members I encountered. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

All my family go there and the last few times my colour hasn’t been followed through or checked which is sad as I really love Damien.

Emma really took her time and understood everything i wanted and explained everything she was doing. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with discussing what i wanted.

Great haircut and colour

This is my 3rd visit to Sheri and again very happy with my haircut. Sheri is welcoming, puts me at ease and takes time to discuss what I would like and delivers. Always on time and very friendly, recommend highly!!

A little more expensive than expected. Would be good if you had a seniors discount day but very pleased with cut and felt comfortable with stylist Cherie. Will be back.

As usual to I was well looked after at Headlines, I always come away feeling very special.

I had an amazing time today. Changing my grey hair to brown , the stylist was very nice, and we chatted about all different topics.

Thank you for taking time to ensure my hair looked so good whilst maintaining the condition. Lovely coffee too and willing to help me with ideas for protecting my hair and keeping it looking good.

My appointment was on time for a colour and cut and I’m happy with the result!!

Emma is absolutely superb - her professionalism and experience are evident from the very beginning.
I wanted a relaxed spiral shaped curl, my individual hairs are fine but there is a lot of it!
Emma wound my hair onto different sized rollers in a stacked pattern. The whole appointment was about 4 hours. My hair looks amazing and despite having a lot of old bleach in the ends from balayage it is soft and is in great condition thanks to WellaPlex. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone.
