I'm not sure where to start but I've been unwell for a considerable time and I haven't been able to venture into a salon.
I was lucky enough to meet Emma on my spontaneous first visit - not only did she make me feel welcome, safe and relaxed - she gave me perhaps the best haircut I've ever had, she understood my hair, my health and my anxiety.
So today I had my 1st ever full head of colour, etc with Emma.
I'm still so happy - I wouldn't ever have been brave enough to spend that length of time in a salon but I loved it.
You can't train Emmas skill, not just the hair, the people skills, the empathy - I am proud to say I'm booked to return in 8 wks and I won't let anyone else near my hair, ever.
Absolutely beyond my wildest dreams - perfect.

Lily- May is a lovely person she remembers key points about you to talk about which is lovely. Unfortunately on this occasion she didn’t do my hair as I requested. I showed the angle with my hands for the back and asked for none to be cut off of the length at the front. This didn’t turn out as expected and as you cannot stick hair back on, I was very disappointed. I rung the manager to speak about what could be done and instead of listening to me she talked ‘at me’ telling me to let her finish speaking when I tried to explain!
