Don’t know where to begin
But as a single mom to a 12 year old with autism - life is challenging! My little comforts are waking into the salon being made a fuss of, kept full with yummy coffees and having adult conversations, then leaving with my hair feeling stunning ! But today was even more wonderful- I still am astounded by Emma’s amazing super power - but she got my son to agree to a haircut !! I could’ve burst into tears ( he hates the sensory overload of haircuts!) but she was so patient & understanding with him and well I’m so so grateful ?

Having Jade do my hair is a fabulous all round experience, everything is first class, the wash, head massage, cut, blow dry and chat. She’s a lovely young lady whose professionalism is second to none.

Sinead was brilliant, great consultation- I left everything up to her. This was my 2nd visit to sinead and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. She was absolutely lovely and superb hair cut.

Emma worked her magic again. Fabulous hair cut and a lovely moisturising mask, made my hair look and feel amazing. Great head massage too. A most pleasurable experience.

I came today for a cut and blow dry. My hair had got very long and untidy. I was very pleased with the outcome. I am grateful to Rachel as she always styles my hair as I like it.

I could not have described better the shape and finish I hoped for, which Jade cut and groomed my hair to reflect. I booked Sinead again as I had her last time. I always ask for the same thing (a blunt cut to help make my thin hair look better) and every other stylist does this, but it never really lasts. However, whatever Sinead did lasted absolutely ages and I loved the cut!
So I booked her again and hoped that if I asked for the same thing I might get the same result again - I didn’t even have to ask. Even though it had been 6 months since my last cut, she remembered me and remembered what she did before! I was blown away and so relieved!
Sinead is also absolutely lovely, really down to earth and friendly - I actually never really like having to chat when at the hairdressers, but I genuinely looked forward to catching up on how she was doing - very pleased to see she’s recently been promoted, very well deserved!

Millie has taken be from over 20 years of box dye colouring and almost black to a beautiful blonde. I listened to her exoert advice and we did it slowly, keeping my hair healthy along the way. I'll never go anywhere else! She's brilliant!

This was my 1st visit to the Billericsy Salon & it was a really comfortable experience. Sinead & all the stylists/receptionists were very friendly yet professional. I just love my new style & made sure I booked my next appointment before I left. Fantastic Service.

It was my first time with Millie, I showed her what I usually do with other colleagues, she listened, and was attentive and professional, trying to meet just what I wanted. She did a good job. The girl who washed my hair, I'm sorry but it was very strange how she washed my hair, I barely felt her fingertips massaging the shampoo, it seems like I wasn't very good at this. in addition to having to turn my head now to the right to rinse the hair and to the left, I have a lot of hair, but I have never had the feeling that the hair has been poorly washed and rinsed too quickly. I'm sorry everyone was attentive, and nice as always but this girl I didn't like the wash. Otherwise 5 stars for the service.

Such a warm and welcoming salon, first time with Jade and she was lovely! Making sure I was completely happy with everything every step of the way and made me feel completely at ease after a not so pleasant experience at a different salon. Amazing head massage too!!! Well needed after a stressful morning. Love the results and everyone commented on how great my hair looked after! I’ll definitely be coming back :-)
