An amazing experience from start to finish. I am so pleased with the result. Richard’s experience and knowledge was so valuable throughout the appointment. He took time to explain and show me how I could create more volume in my hair, how to section my hair and the effect of over drying. Im looking forward to my next visit

I absolutely love my hair! From start to finish the appointment the experience was amazing. Richard throughout the appointment asked questions so he could advise how I can maintain my hair at home. He showed me how a change in my blow drying routine will help my hair to have more volume and the effect of over drying.His knowledge and experience are second to none.

A wonderful experience! I showed some images of what I was looking for in terms of colour. Richard took time to ask relevant questions and was able to advise what could be achieved based on the original images with care and attention shown throughout the appointment

I love everything about this hairdresser's. The staff are really friendly. I had my hair coloured and she paid so much attention to ensure all my grey was covered.

I really enjoyed my experience with Richard today. He listened to what I wanted, I felt at ease and really confident in his ability. My colour looked fabulous. Gillian listened and then worked her magic and gave me a great cut and blow dry. Both were lovely and I felt i had been going to them for year's. I will be back.

I had my hair cut today and Eliza was the best. I fainted which I found so embarrassing but she looked after me so well. She carried on the hair cut once I was feeling better and I love my hair. It is exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much.

Richard and Ellie G are both excellent, professional, welcoming, friendly and the atmosphere in the salon is always relaxing. All staff are welcoming and I thoroughly enjoy having my hair done, thank you.

I thought Gillian was great and love the haircut. She was super quick and knew exactly how to cut my hair and understood my hair type. I usually go with Michelle but as I had changed last minute, she was unavailable. I did have a colour done by a junior member of staff who didn’t seem to take too much care despite putting oil on my hairline and the dye was going on my face. I also wasn’t pleased with her communication to me at the beginning which has put me off slightly. My rating applies to Gillian only

I cannot rate Ellie G enough, having been recommended to Ellie she is brilliant. I had too many silver hairs coming through! Ellie has covered them, blended with a previous colour on my hair. She explained everything in depth and the end result is perfect. Ellie also cut my hair which is great. Thank you soooo much Ellie G and see you again very soon.

Ellie did a good job loved my hair but I found it very expensive seems the prices have gone up quite a lot can’t afford every month

This is my first time ever having colour through my hair, was so nervous at first! But I was made to feel so welcome by Ellie, she has done an AMAZING job on my hair. I couldn’t be more in love with it… She also styled it beautifully and gave me a lovely haircut! I am over the moon and so grateful! Thank you so much for such a great experience! :)

What can I say? Alot. I went in looking like I really needed a hair cut, came out feeling embarrassing great but humble. I was given 5 star treatment by every member of staff. What an amazing team. The owner is always welcoming, friendly and attentive, friendly and makes you feel fab. Thank you! I was really feeling my age but had a spring in my step. Not too shabby for an old girl. The staff really do create miracles.

Ellie is such a lovely person. Iìshe makes me feel comfortable as i have a hit of anxiety with hairdressers. Always polite and i definitely will keep her as my.hairdresser

Ellie did a marvellous job on my hair today, kept me informed every step of the way, had full head highlights/lowlights, toner cut and finish. I can highly recommend her and really can’t thank you enough Ellie. Looking forward to my next visit in August.

Excellent service at Retreat hairdressing today. My stylist and colourist Zoe really listens to you and does exactly what you want. The staff are so friendly and attentive, nice cup of tea or other beverages are always offered plus biscuits!
I have my coloured coloured and Zoe knows just what advice to offer.
