Recently have started having Amber do my hair. I wanted a bit of a change and she suggested a balayage, so agreed I would try it. It was like she could read my mind, she knew exactly what I wanted and considered maintanence of the hair colour as well as how it would look. She is a lovely and friendly young girl and am always so pleased with the service she gives. A mention to Sam and Paul too who run a fantastic salon and are always so friendly and welcoming. I recommend this salon to everyone, I will never go anywhere else now as I love it here.

I recently lost my hair through chemo and it is very difficult to feel like your old self when you look in the mirror and look like someone else.
Paul injected some vibrant colour into my very short locks, and Toni gave me a sharp cut which makes the best of what I have!
There is a great team at the Braintree salon. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Took mum for much needed cut. Suffers from Dementia so can be confused and agitated. But salon very patient and understanding. So much so mum even enjoyed the experience.

I had blonde hair and wanted to go dark. After 3 washed my hair was ginger I complained and was told to come in and they would dye it again but would have to pay. Basically didn't want to know. Amazing as I paid over 200 pounds and I ended up with something completely different to what I wanted

I popped in for a fringe cut but was advised I'd need a full cut. Sam made me feel at ease immediately as u had a 3 month old baby with me.
the cut was perfect, blow dry amaze and Sam was completely charming. That is how a hair dresser experience should be.

We were seen to by Danielle in the Braintree based TONI and GUY salon just now and she were honestly the loveliest girl ever and made us feel absolutely welcome!
My mum had her hair cut significantly short due to starting her chemotherapy treatment tomorrow. Danielle helped Mum get the result she wanted and helped take her mind off all of the bad things going on at the moment. Absolutely amazing service! Definitely worth visiting!

Have been going to the Braintree branch of Toni&Guy for years and have always received superb treatment, advice and care. Had a trim today by Sam and he is just so sweet, kind, helpful and talented.
