The appointment was fantastic! I had a style in mind and the stylist was great at stopping regularly to get my thoughts on how the cut was going. Also had the hair treatment which involved great products being added to my hair and a hot towel wrapped around my head - bliss!! So pleased with the friendly, relaxing service which was first class. I have never used this salon before but this session has made a diary note to rebook for future appointments. 10/10 for a drop in visit today

Had a full head of highlights with Sam and he did a great job, followed by haircut with Toni she is very good would not let anybody else cut my hair. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Stylist took her time as first time she had cut my hair, very thorough, and I am extremely happy with the cut. due to staff sickness my last appointment was cancelled. I was offered another later in the day, which wasn't convenient. When I went to pay, Sam the manager came out and apologised for the cancelled appointment and gave me a discount. I was impressed he had remembered and took the time to speak to me.

For the last two times , I've had my hair done by Amber and she's just amazing at what she does. I would highly recommend her! She takes such care and makes sure you love your hair. Not only is she a fab hairdresser , she's a lovely person.

Haircut was fine and good as usual with Danielle. Hair wash and head massage a little slapdash. Not sure everything was rinsed out and left dripping wet. Not the usual service and hopefully a blip.
