TONI&GUY Braintree

I've been going to Toni & Guy on and off for years and it has always been a very good experience. People are always friendly, salon is always clean and whilst the service is good I think the prices are really really high ! Went there yesterday, pleased with my hair but £ 63- for s hair cut is very high. The person that used to do my hair for many years has left the salon and also gone back but the other salon she worked in between changes was quarter of the price, same girl same qualifications same result but a lot cheaper, so what are we paying so much extra for at Toni &Guy ??

Hair cut by Toni. Excellent cut and blow dry. Been to three different Toni and Guy salons over the years and Toni is consistently one of the best stylists. The salon has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend.

As always great hair cut and service

I usually dye my own hair..but thought it's time for a change..I was extremely nervous but Sam made me feel so at ease..he's a fabulous stylist and a lovely person and my hair looks so good...I'm going to continue using him so will my 11 year old daughter....thankyou again Sam xx

Very pleased with the result but my appointment was for 2:20 but was asked to come back half hour later and still didn't actually start until 3.20! Never been asked to come back because they still have a cut to do! Time management needs looking at. Sorry!

They were really great today, Sam (the hairdresser) was super nice; he listened to what I wanted, and gave some other alternatives and advice to make sure I knew what I wanted, and was kind and friendly like everyone else there.

The place is spotless, great staff that delivers an excellent customer service. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere but the haircut was terrible. I had it with a Senior Tech Stylist that probably did not understand well my requests or may be was not able to perform the cut as requested. As a result the hair does not look professionally cutted while for £ 37 I would expect to look fantastic (man cut). I will have to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed. Never going back.

First time in the Toni&Guy braintree salon. And what a lovely experience it was. A lovely warm inviting atmosphere. And most importantly I'm overjoyed with my cut and colour with Paul and Sam. I will 100% be back

Sam was super. Great cut. Lovely pampering experience with head massage during the shampoo. Staff were presentable, polite and engaged. Would definitely come again and recommend to others.

So pleased with my haircut.
I was given a complimentary consult as I wasn't getting on with my new cut.
Not only was I made to feel very calm and relaxed but it was no trouble to go through everything and redo my cut. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or like a pain in the backside.
As always, extremely helpful, friendly and excellent service.

I am about to start chemo, and so I wanted to get my shoulder length hair chopped before I lose it all.

Sam, my stylist could not have been more helpful, supportive and positive. To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to the cut, but came out feeling good about myself and as it I'd just had coffee with an old friend.

Would definitely recommend.

Today was my first visit to a salon in seven years and it could not of been a better experience. From the moment I steeped into the salon to the moment I left I was treated amazingly and given a truest special experience. Colour blended beautifully byPaul. Works efficiently, I was not left waiting around,which is a pet hate. Great advice given for a flaky scalp. Warm towels,drinks, magazines. First time in ages people& family have complimented my hair. Paul is a true professional who knows his trade A great salon!

Sam did my hair , it was dreadful when I came into the shop, I went out feeling wonderful. He gad coloured my hair before, but today he cut a did the blow dry too. Very very pleased with the result .

Very calm environment. Very relaxing. I like that the stylist washes and cuts/dry my hair. She is an extremely professional and friendly girl who is obviously very well trained.

Braintree salon - Sam & Grace fab job

I recently switched from Colchester T&G to Braintree purely due to location. I was not disappointed! I received great service in a relaxed salon and walked out with exactly the colour I wanted and a fabulous, easy to manage cut. Thank you Sam, I will be back.

I had my first visit to the salon saturday for a blow dry for a wedding. Toni was excellent and gave me such a good blow dry that held all day - even stayed through the strong winds!.. Very happy with it and would strongly recommend her!

Had a new stylist today, Samuel , bit of a surprise as had booked with usual stylist . Huge change around of staff, after using Braintree branch since it opened didn't recognise anyone! Very happy with my hair, Samuel was totally lovely and made me feel at ease. Only one criticism, shampooist did not wrap my hair in a towel after shampooing, which is what usually happens.?? Don't know if its a deliberate change, but was uncomfortable walking back to seat with water dripping into my eyes/down my neck. Other than that, happy with service and feel I have a good quality cut. Samuel also charged me the amount I would have paid for my usual stylist even tho he was a couple of grades higher and informed me of his charges should I book him in the future which I felt fair

My stylist was running 25 minutes late and the floor was untidy. However the actual hair cut and styling was very good

I have been with this salon for a year now and am really pleased with how my hair is looking. My friends and family have commented about how my hair is the best it's ever looked. Even having a small trim it is well worth the money as in the long run it clearly pays off.

Really fab experience yesterday with Sam and Paul colour and trim advise on how to put hair up for wedding felt really relaxed in the atmosphere they have created well done lads will def be back
