Sam cut my hair wonderfully and really made every effort to ensure I was happy.
Both chaps looked after me so well. I have had a so many comments on my new hair colour and cut - so really is proof they've done a fantastic job!

I booked an 8am appointment for an up do for a wedding. On arrival I was told the member of staff who I had discussed and agreed everything with had been sent to another salon !!! This was very disappointing. Thankfully the replacement stepped in.

I have been coming to this salon for 6 years now. Everyone is so professional and so very helpful. Today I had Paul and Samurai for colour and cut. They were both amazing. As usual with all the staff that work there, every one bends over backwards for you to get the right products that I need for my hair. So pleased we have this salon in Braintree Essex from G Davies

Excellent location, so easy to park and get to. What can I say visited Paul and Sam today, so friendly and professional. Had a truly relaxing visit and over the moon with my colour and blow dry. Rebooked and look forward to my next visit!!

Brilliant, Midwife by trade had been on nightduty. Fell asleep and arrived 20 mins late for appointment. Sonia was great made me feel so welcome despite putting her behind . Amazing cut as usual. I reccomend her to all my friends . Great hairdresser xxx

My 15 year old son got his haircut. This was his first visit to Toni & Guy as a previous salon had ruined his hair. He has a double crown and the ghairdresser advised him on how it would be cut and how to style it without the hair sticking up.
