A week on and I LOVE my haircut - thank you James! The salon is always clean, albeit much quieter these days and the staff always friendly. I was left however, with a bitter taste to my salon experience this time, when it came to the payment, since the ‘computer’ had decided that I wasn’t eligible for my usual 10% discount, because I’d made a change to my appointment via the online system (which never seems to work as it should.). Although I have been a regular customer since the salon opened in Brentwood, they weren’t able to over-ride the computer for me. Still feeling disappointed, puzzled and deflated.

Delighted with my new colour. Debbie is a talented professional offering sound advice as to the final result. Holly cut and styled my hair beautifully. Charlotte coordinated the service and was excellent. Will definitely return.

Excellent stylish very professional would recommend James... my son who is thirteen had a bad experience at the Turkish barbers I took him to see James he immediately put my sons mind at rest restyled his hair he talked through everything he was going to do to make sure my son was comfortable with it ... we have been back five times now and my son would not go anywhere else ... excellent service

Always friendly and always on time, and a lovely bunch of people to chat to.

Absolutely delighted with the results every time. My. Hair is exceptionally difficult to manage with frizz and the texture. Enzo is always honest, helpful, kind and makes me feel better after every visit. Highly recommend him.

Excellent as always

My daughter Olivia had her hair cut by Holly and was very impressed! The ends were split, Holly advises the right amount to cut off but was reassuring due to the length!

Overall experience was great, very happy with the result. My stilist took time to find out what look I want to achieve and was able to get it just right. This was first time I used Tony&Guy and was very happy to learn that there are no hidden costs like in some other salons. You will pay what you agreed on. Definitely coming back.

My son experienced having a bad hair cut at the barbers he’s been to Toni and guy 3 times loves his hair cut. James is excellent with him talks him through step by step what he’s going to do. Very professional.
