What a lovely lady Abbie is and always does my highlights fabulous so quick and so knows her work James cut my hair just how I wanted it always a pleasure to visit Toni & Guy Brentwood

First time at this salon after using another Toni&Guy store which has since closed. Explained to ***** how I wanted my balayage done. ***** was short, abrupt and shirty. She said she didn’t understand why I was having my hair done and, rather rudely, kept pointing out the “poor” condition my hair was in. She eventually coloured my hair and said not a word to me. I asked her how to improve the “poor” condition of my hair and she had no answer and said “I don’t know, just look after it” - how helpful. Despite all of this I was ultimately very happy with how my colour turned out and all staff even seemed shocked with how good it looked- seems somewhat concerning that a girl with hair in poor condition has a better clue than the professionals? For someone with poor hair and no need to have it done, it was apparently insta-worthy for both toni&guy brentwood and even *****. I must however say that my hair was cut by James and he did slightly redeem my visit. Great cut and very friendly. Unfortunately I do not believe I will be returning to the salon as James’ efforts was all a bit too little too late. Visiting a salon is much about the experience, being pampered and feeling great when you come out, however I left feeling rubbish and not wanting to return.

Abbie listened carefully and understood exactly what I was after. She gave offered her suggestions which made the overall finish even better than I’d hoped for! Abbie knows her stuff and I’ll gladly trust her with my colour again!

Excellent colour as usual, very natural colours used so I look like a natural blonde. No one would ever know!!

I travel miles, miles and miles across land and sea, ocean and jungle, mountains and tropical raîn-forests in order to see my beloved poet-artist-hair designer. He is far beyond 5 stars and he knows that I think this. I love my Enzo too and my sweet Charlotte!
