Had another enjoyable experience in the very friendly salon
Another very relaxing appointment so enjoyable.
I wasn't going to do a review as I thought if I don't have anything g nice to say don't say it. But after being phoned yesterday I thought I'd be honest. When I received my receipt I saw I was charged £6 for a 50ml bottle of shampoo. This was in the bag of which I thought was a welcome gift. No additional costs were explained to me in my consultation and I was made to feel that the bag was a gift. Not impressed at all with the lack of communication on this. I would never pay £6 for that. I feel I've been mislead so won't be returning. Also calling people for a review when they work and not leaving a message as the stylist oh I didn't leave a message as I thought you was at work don't make sense to me at all. Sorry I.wont be returning due to this as I feel I was sold stuff without my knowledge and to give me an email receipt of which I didn't see until I returned home was a bit cheeky too ... won't be recommending due to this feel to return that and get my £6 back. Please don't be shocked by this as its wrong
There is always a warm and friendly welcome at Silhouettes and Michelle is wonderful, I'm always very pleased with my haircut.
Michelle is always very professional and always does a good job. The staff are always helpful and friendly. That why’s I and my family are all regulars. 😊👍

I haven't lived in the area for that long and had let my hair get to an extremely unmanageable condition. Booked an appointment with Michelle who called me to offer advice and see what would be the best treatment for my hair. Offered really helpful advice and ideas and did a fantastic job on my hair. I have been to Silhouettes twice in the last 4 weeks. Firstly to have my hair straightened using Xtenso. I have been having this done for some years now and I love it. Having really curly thick hair is hard to manage so having it straightened is a revolution for me. I returned 2 weeks later for my usual colour.
Having Xtenso takes about 5 hours. All the time I’m there I’m being looked after. Drink waiting for me from Tilly and her lovely head massage whilst washing my hair. Everyone is so lovely and it’s great to have a chat and laugh with everyone. Time goes quickly.
Michelle has been doing my hair for years. She always advises me with my colour, care and cut. Considering I have Xtenso and colour my hair is in such good condition. I use many products from the salon and would not use anything else.
Michelle is honest and genuinely caring about my hair. I always take her advice.
The whole team are great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was nearly knocked over at the price. I’m afraid for that reason I couldn’t justify a tip and I won’t be coming back here to have my daughter’s hair cut. Everso sorry to say.
