Absolutely loved it, the best time spent in Chelmsford having a haircut at a superb place.
I lost my hair while going through chemo and have been wearing a wig for 18 months in that time my hair has started to grow back but I had lost my confidence .to go with out my wig .
When I went into the saloon the team were so lovely but my experience was made so special by Katie who done my colour and Harriet who cut my hair .
So helpful and understanding .
I left the saloon with out having to wear my wig and have had so many lovely comments on how lovely my hair looks .
I cannot thank Katie and Harriet enough .

today I treated myself to a restyle and was very fortunate that Tanya was my stylist, I let her decide how to style my hair which was a chin length Bob, which I have been growing for the past 3 years but a style I felt aged me I left the salon absolutely delighted with my trendy Mullet style cut. Due to a medical procedure I couldn’t wash my own hair. I popped in to enquire how much a hair wash and was created with empathy and kindness. They washed my hair for me at no charge with the best head massage . Highly recommend!

I had a hair cut from Tony and Guy, believe me or not the lady was absolutely inexperienced although she was nice smiling and loving but she didn’t get what I had asked for. One hair longer than other , looked rediculous. I was not aspecting this result after paying £58 for my hair cut. Will never recommend to anybody and never go back there again. I just didn’t want to create any bad atmosphere for people at salon so paid £58 , came home and my kids were shocked to see my hair….
Not been due to personnel reasons but o my had the most amazing hair cut ,time was not an issue, conversation was extremely amazing not the boring chit chat. The lady at the front desk was so lovely one beautiful person in her manner just so professional.

Visited for my appointment today and as usual the service was second to none. From a hairdressing point of view I cannot recommend this salon enough, technical expertise is excellent and especially now carried out in a very COVID secure manner. Looking forward to my next appointment in January!

The stylist Cathy listens to what you want and undertakes your wishes with professionalism and skill. She is chatty and kind and it’s always a pleasure to have my hair cut by her . The salon was sparkling clean and Covid restrictions in place, but this did not stop it from being a pleasurable experience from the reception staff to the Manager all were polite and welcoming

Dear Tony&Guy Chelmsford. As a client, I expected the style, creativity and skill from the master, but I received an unfinished form, which does not correspond to the expectation and style of the T&G company. After the salon and a new haircut, I got the impression that I was in a cheap hairdressing salon, as well as where they do not know how to choose care, and if the hair is tangled, then you need to comb it gently and first apply a spray to facilitate combing, and not tear it out! The hair afterwards was overdried, hard, matted in the morning next day . One disappointment! I always choose the Tony Guy salon, in any place where it is convenient for me and always remained satisfied. In this regard, I do not plan to visit the services and not recommend this salon to my friends

I am so pleased with the result and I really appreciated the time you took asking about what I'd had done previously and getting a clear picture of what I hoped to achieve. It is glossy, lovely, and I have received so many compliments. Love it!
I also want to thank Toni & Guy for the outstanding Covid safety measure they clearly had in place. I felt safe in the salon and was impressed with how smooth and effortless everything was and, as always, deeply appreciated the warm staff who served me.
