I absolutely love my haircut! It’s just what I wanted. However, I didn’t get a call to confirm my appointment and when I arrived for my appointment I was told the stylist I had booked wasn’t working. I never received a call regarding this matter. Thankfully, I did get my haircut in that same slot by another stylist but I was charged more when it was the salon’s booking error.

Well I can honestly say I've never been so disappointed. I asked for balage and ended up with streaky highlights. My blow dry was finished (witch took 25 of me sitting waiting for her to dry my hair with no brush just her fingers then didn't even put the straighteners through it didn't offer to curl it nothing) I noticed that the front was patchy and your stylist try to hide it that's why I'm very upset I ended up saying something witch isn't me she said she would fix it but to be honest I don't feel comfortable with that I'm very disappointed in your service I ended up crying when I got home I would like to attach the photo your stylist took but am unable to

I am so happy with my fresh hair cut, Aimee helped me have a change of style that I didn’t think I was brave enough for. I was only coming as a one off but now Aimee has to be the girl to cut my hair going forward xxx

First time I’ve had a keratin treatment and probably not the last! Was done brilliantly by Danny - loving my new hair.

I enjoyed my visit to the salon today. The atmosphere is really nice in Toni & Guy and all the staff is welcoming and helpful. Rob really listened to what I wanted and was very thoughtful about my curly hair and gave me a brilliant cut so my hair felt so much healthier and happier. Mollie was took the time to talk to me about colouring. I was a bit nervous about coming to the hairdresser at the moment but the experience was very calm and positive. :)

This was my second visit to Mollie at the salon. The first was just before lockdown, when she made such a good job of my haircut it lasted me through, apart from a DIY fringe! This time was no different. Very friendly and professional service despite the PPE. Felt very safe indeed. Thank you!

Jade coloured my hair and Lauren cut it. I love the revamped salon, so the visit started well. Every was efficient and as friendly as ever. Colour was perfect styling was thoughtful and again perfect. I came away feeling pampered and rested. Loved the massage chairs!

Another excellent cut and style by Lauren and the refurbishment of the salon is both gorgeous and an experience!! I was so happy with the relaxing head massage I always got but now, the recliner/back massagers chairs just take it to another level!! Well worth a visit.

Emma, Her techniques are amazing, I've learnt a lot about my hair, and it feels a lot more healthier, even despite putting colour on it. Emma has got such great communication skills. She's the only person I can trust with my hair.

I have had my hair cut done from others before but it has been terrible, however my sister recommended Emma to me, So since then Emma has cut my hair, I also have/would recommended Emma to my friends/family.

Told her what I wanted as far as colour results, she listened and did what I asked. Took her time and got on with the job.

I arrived and there was a mix up eight he booking system so my appointment had been cancelled for some reason. But really quickly the salon team came up with a plan working together to ensure I got my hair done. They were so efficient and kind. I love my hair so much. The biggest thing which struck me was the nice atmosphere in the salon, everyone was working so hard, but still had time to chat to me whilst doing my hair and managing other clients. It wasn’t the usual ‘bitchy’ salon vibe. Danny was so lovely and did my colour so amazing. I can’t compliment all the staff enough. Really hard working, kind and talented people.

6 times I told him what I wanted 6 times he ignored me.. told him NOT to blow dry it like and old woman, just blast it so it flicks up, what did he do? The opposite to what I said. He asked if it was ok when he’d finished I said no I hated it... he just walked off, left me sitting there to take off my gown and leave, charged me full price... asked other staff would u walk out of a hairdressers having paid £190 looking like this? They said No! Terrible and upsetting

From the minute I walked in the salon I was looked after and pampered. Aimee listened and advised me - I let her do her work and WOW! Amazing results. My hair hasn’t looked so good in ages! Aimee was very attentive and kind.
The massage chair and the relaxing hair wash was brilliant. I’ve never been to a Toni and Guy salon before but have already re booked for next month. All the Covid 19 procedures were adhered to and I was very very impressed. Thank you Toni and Guy 10 out of 10

My therapist stood in for Sadie. I had a chin length graduated bob and was very pleased with the professional service I received. Very clean salon and I felt safe with the procedures in place. The therapist listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the cut and style.

My hair is somewhat of a challenge to lift but I love the ice blonde colour. India is the only person I trust to do my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From a COVID 19 point of view I felt very safe in the salon with all the measures that have been put in place.

As always my haircut is just amazing. Rob has so much patience and he s so talented. I have a pretty hard to cut thick hair but Rob manages to cut it and shape it like no other hairstylist. Thank you very much

I phoned up today for an appointment and was booked in straight away because molli and a cancellation. I arrived not knowing whether to wear a face mask but I was offered one straightaway and everything was very relaxed . The hair wash was very comfortable and refreshing as it was a very hot day . Molli listened to what I wanted and kept going over my cut asking if everything was ok . She was very fast and dried my hair very nicely , and I was very pleased with my cut and blow dry and thought it very good value for money , if you took cash I would of passed her a £5 tip but felt uncertain about it .
