From the moment I walked in the salon Joann was super friendly and put me at ease. She got right to work on creating a gorgeous bouncy blowdry for me in under an hour. I also booked the appointment last minute, after my plans changed, so it was great T&G could fit me in. Can't wait to come back!

Very pleased with the colour of my hair

I was disappointed with my visit today not because of my hair I was more than pleased with that and the student was lovely. It took a long time to get started,as they kept disappearing and then coming back and then disappearing again. I arrived at 10.55 and left gone 15.00. I am aware that they tell you to allow 3 hours, but time could have been cut down had they have not wasted time! It was my day off

Went into the salon today absolutely hating my hair (had a bad haircut) and walked out loving it.. what more can I say.. Rob is a fantastic hairdresser, he listens, he’s attentive, incredibly gifted with the scissors, great to talk to, and I felt totally at ease and knew he would turn an awful haircut into something I liked.. won’t be going anywhere else now.. yes he’s expensive, but you really do get what you pay for...

I have followed Joanna from another branch in this company, tonight was my first night at the Colchester branch and wow what a welcome, friendley branch it is.
It was a refreshing experience to know the customer comes first here. It was very modern and well look after clean and tidy.
And as always my hair was finished off to perfection it says some when you do a 100 mile round trip for such a good stylist

My first visit to this salon. Friendly staff who listened to what I wanted. Lots of nice touches...fresh lemon wedges in my water for example. Really pleased with my cut and dry. Will definately go back again.

So pleased with my hair! I had a full head of highlights, toner and treatment and my hair feels and looks lush! My stylist was so lovely, helpful and is an amazing hairdresser! Would definitely recommend her!

I had Chantell cut my hair and as a first visit goes, I thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were friendly and energetic, music was fitting, it was clean and airy too. Toni & Guy will become my regular now, no doubt!

Dan was fantastic, really honest with possibilities for a total hair makeover and the results didnt fail to please. I’d rather pay that little bit extra and love my hair - which I did, 100% recommended!!

Superb from start to finish! All the staff who I spoke to were lovely and always willing to make sure my visit was good! The treatment was excellent, Jade was very clear with how it will work and the do’s and don’t’s! End product was excellent and would recommend to anyone with frizzy or curly hair

Absolutely amazing!! Second time I’ve had my hair done by India and she’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! Makes me feel so welcome and always does a brilliant job! Can’t wait to get my hair done by her next. As I came a week early for my appointment she done everything she could to fit me in on that day. Also there was a blonde lady from Ipswich I didn’t quite catch her name but she was also brilliant and made me feel welcome also - so thank you to the both of you for making my untreated mummy hair into a brand new do!

Sammy was brilliant and did exactly what I asked for and added her own little touch which improved it even more. I’ve not stuck with the same hair dresser before but think it’s time to with Sammy! Everyone in the salon was chirpy and very welcoming even though it was 8am in the morning!

This was my first time visiting this salon and won’t be my last. Warm and welcoming salon and was served with a lovely latte whilst waiting for my stylist. Arrived with a bob that didn’t compliment me and walked out feeling amazing with a new style. Sophie listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t like about my current hair style and came up with some great suggestions. She explained what she was doing during the cut and why, gave me tips about how to style at home and products to help.

Amazing relaxed atmosphere, moved here from New York City and Natalie made me feel so welcome and a part of the Togo family with her smile and akills

After my normal salon messed up my booking I was delighted that Toni & Guy could see my daughter and I the next day on a Sunday afternoon
Salon was clean and airy and everything was brilliant.
