What a great experience. This was my first visit to Toni and Guy and I got exactly what I’d hoped for, Lauren really listened to me and took her time. I’m delighted with the end result and will definitely be going back.

Literally could cry with happiness after the lovely Jade managed to sort out my hair colour disaster from a different salon, she was so kind & listened to me & altho telling me she may not be able to get me back to original white blonde today and explained why, she I Mum went and got my hair back to normal and the lovely lady (Amy I think) cut and dried my hair, she was great too!!!
Can’t recommned them enough and already looking forward to my next appointment!!

My senior stylist was very welcoming and really treated my hair with care. My hair was super long when I went in and I wanted to go for a long bob and I got exactly what I asked for! The comments I’m getting are awesome too!!! Great job all round, thank you! X

I haven’t been to Tony and guy for a few years as had a bad experience with a colour. But this time I was more than pleased with how polite everyone was. Jade did my hair colour and she was amazing. It was exactly what I wanted and looked so natural. I’m back tomorrow for a cut as well as colour.

As I am spending some time in the UK it was rather difficult to find the right hairdresser, but, I am so pleased that I have finally found the perfect service, value and the result. Thank you Jay for making my hair look as beautiful as it used to.

I haven't been to Toni & Guy since they opened. The salon has changed from a club like atmosphere to a calm and professional salon. I booked with an apprentice and unexpectedly had the full on salon experience. My stylist Danny was great, listened to everything I said about my hair and felt that we were both talking about the same out come. I will definitely be going back to see Danny.

I had a really good haircut as usual from Natalie.

My one negative with this salon at the moment is whenever I call I am left on hold for at least 2-3 minutes before anyone answers. This aspect doesn't feel like very good service & paying my mobile phone bill to listen to marketing messages is really annoying.

Other places are able to answer the phone - I really dont understand why Toni & Guy can't.

I came into your salon and was greeted by your very friendly staff. Jodie did such a good job and has given me a really lovely hair cut.

Everyone in the salon was friendly and welcoming. The hairdresser, Lauren, was really helpful and offered advice on the cut, products and colour. She also curled my hair so that I could see how to get the best effects. I was really pleased with the cut.

From beginning to end, the service in the Colchester High Street shop was amazing. Jamie at the desk was very accommodating and very bubbley and Hannah who cut my hair was excellent as I was very nervous about the amount coming off! She made me feel very relaxed and I walked away super happy with the result!!

India has done a fantastic job on my hair so far! Taking me from black to blonde. She takes care with my hair and looks out for its health. I trust her judgment and so far I have been extremely happy with the results!
