Didn’t like my blow dry at all, though loved how my haircut was done- and how well my Stylist listened to what I had in mind and she explained things really thoroughly and nicely.

Colours by Jade always excellent and long lasting. Takes great attention to what I request and follows through. Olivia the trainee also is very thorough and careful when rinsing, washing and treating my hair. Natalie, senior stylist, cuts my hair beautifully and listens to exactly what I request. Natalie also styles my hair just as I like it to be styled. Very happy with the service and also good coffees.

1st time there. Will never return. Got checked in and sat on my chair. Waited 20 mins after my appointment to ask someone what was going on as no one had come to see me. They eventually apologised and said they didn’t realise I was there! Had my hair cut said it was ok but after looking at it at a later date it’s wonky and hacked. Awful hairdresser *****! Never return to Colchester toni and guy! fuming

Atmosphere ruined by two children running round squealing and playing for two hours. Ignored by mother who wasn’t having her hair done but just sitting waiting.

I am so please with my new look having a balance by Jade who was experienced within her role and new which colored would suit my complexion. Jade was very professional with years of experience, I now have found a hairdresser who knows my hair and shade without going threw numerous of pictures. I would truly recommend Jade and will be returning.

So I had the pleasure of having my hair washed cut then blow dried by Rob. He’s a great conversationalist and gave me a great cut and finish also he has really good pressure when giving the head massage something which I feel is a very important part of visiting a salon

I had my first hair cut at the salon two months ago, I've returned yesterday, have now become a regular customer. Rob, my hair stylist was the first, in my entire life, that listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, and gave me the hair cut that I wanted! Very friendly staff!! Thank you!

My daughter and I had walk in appointments. Both of us had very good cuts. The stylists did exactly what we asked for and the results weee amazing. My daughter had Sam who was fantastic. Rob cut mine and he was brilliant, such a lovely person who really put me at ease. I’ve booked to go back and would highly recommend.
