I came to the salon with a horrible bleach job gone wrong, they immediately booked me in for a colour test and a few days later my hair was fixed. After 2 trips to the salon my hair is back to a place that I absolutely love! No complaints at all!

I’ve been trying to grow my hair. Julie has been helping me navigate what has been a surprisingly hard process - both mentally and hair-wise. But I reached the end of my tether this morning after washing and drying it no less than 3 times (yes, three - madness) and hating it. I called - tearful - and Julie answered and made me feel better in seconds flat. I got an appt for this pm - with the intention of going back to a tried and tested style that wasn’t sexy or glam - but worked. We met and we talked. Julie suggested tweaking rather than radical chop it off again. We went down this route. Julie dried and asked how I felt. There was some more adjustment and a revised plan of action. I feel very good about my hair now and will see how I do when I wash/ dry it myself. In years and years of hair appts, and many different salons… Julie and her team are different. What you say is heard. It is a real service and you build real relationships. Hair matters and Julie really cares. Many many thanks.

Rachel has been doing my hair for about a year now and I’m always a difficult client. She deals with me wonderfully and I couldn’t go anywhere else now.

The salon has recently been refurbished which has created a beautiful ambience. As usual my hairdresser Martin trimmed and styled my hair, and as always it was lovely. The staff are all welcoming making everyone feel at ease.

Saw Jody today for a hair cut. She was great at listening to what I wanted and also explaining what would work best for my hair. She helped with advise of products to help my wavy hair to try and help manage it. I have left with a lovely hair cut happy hair and advise to keep it looking great.

Julie quickly rectified the cut I wasn’t really happy with and couldn’t manage at home.

I have truly never had anyone take as much time and care with my hair as Jody. She is a genius with colour and like everyone at the salon was a pleasure to be around. Would recommend the hair factory to anyone. I left not just happy with my hair but absolutely beside myself. Cannot thank Jody enough, I absolutely love my hair.

Had my hair cut by Julie today and felt really listened to regarding both my long and short term goals for my hair. I eventually want to get rid of my blonde ends but didn’t want to drastic a cut. Julie gave me a lovely cut blending the blonde and maintaining a good length. She also gave me a brown shampoo free of charge to use at home to help tone down the blonde until I can grow it out completely.

Love my pink and turquoise additions to my blond hair which always attracts many positive comments from people of all ages.
